The Essential One
I hope this works. Any suggestions to moveset or pokemon would be nice.
They're all with the old 252/252/4 set on speed and respective attacking stat.

Starmie@Choice Specs
-Surf
-Thunderbolt
-Psychic
-Ice beam

Garchomp@Life Orb
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Dragon Claw
-Crunch

Staraptor@Expert Belt
-Brave Bird
-Return
-U-Turn
-Close Combat

I would like to replace Staraptor with a better pokemon.

Im a pro
Natures should be
Timid, Jolly, Jolly respectively.
Give Staraptor a Choice Band
Staraptor@ Choice Band
Jolly 252 Att/252 Spe/6 HP
~Brave Bird
~Double Edge
~U-turn
~Close Combat
You will be ploughing through your team with 1-2HKOs most of the time. So recoil is no matter

Give your Starmie, Expert Belt instead, this is the one, with all the coverage
You might want SD on Garchomp or at least, Sub

Garchomp@Focus Sash
Jolly 252 Att/252 Spe/6 HP
~Swords Dance
~Earthquake
~Dragon Claw
~Stone Edge/Rock Slide

Focus Sash is to guarentee a SD
If you really really want to replace Staraptor, get Jirachi/Moltres
If you want.
The smogon set for Jirachi should work well
Or how about the Moltres
Moltres@ Choice Specs
~Overheat
~Air Slash
~Hidden Power Grass/Ground
~Flamethrower
Basically a revenger, if on a last pokemon, Overheat if it doesnt resist it.
HP Grass or Ground is to your preference, but either way it will beat Rock types
Flamethrower, is if it isnt the last pokemon, and you feel a sweeping mood

I hope this works. Any suggestions to moveset or pokemon would be nice.
They're all with the old 252/252/4 set on speed and respective attacking stat.

Starmie@Choice Specs/Life Orb
Timid
-Surf
-Thunderbolt
-Recover/Trick
-Ice beam

Eh, a specs lead is a bit of a liability without
Trick IMO, but if you want to run a LO instead,
go with Recover. He still hits hard, and he can
also recover off the recoil.

Garchomp@Yache Berry
Jolly
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge/Swords Dance
-Dragon Claw
-Fire Fang

SD Chomp, standardness. I'm sure there are
better things to do with some Spe EV's, but I'm
not so good at BT speed tiers, I'll let someone
else help ya there.

Not sure who should go over Staraptor ATM,
but I'll come back with something for ya. Just
note that 'Chomp is mega ice-weak, so another
ice weakness is no good.

Changes in Bold.
