I agree with everything said above but Tropius should have Power Herb if it has Solar Beam even if it has Sunny Day which it should. You should Max Ev's in HP and Sp.A and have the Sun Power ability. Unless you want Chlorophyll and try to max Spd for Air Slash.

2 grass attacks is not needed. Seed bomb if you dont mind breeding, if you do wood hammer. Cursing is good no matter what your elders say, Curse all the time!
