Isn't there a tutor in the game that can teach your pokemon thunderbolt, thunderpunch and dragon claw?

I actually have a Walrein in my Ruby. It definitely saved my butt when I faced the last of the Elite 4.

I get easily mistaken, sorry about that. I haven't played pkmn for a long time. Ice Beam can make a real hit!

Because it's really hard making moves. I take notice of ubers and goods

Well then Lugia Catcher, from the moves of my pokemon there, do you think they are good for covering most pokemon types?

The moves are great! Most people don't boost their pkmn with items. No offense.

None taken, Lugia Catcher. I only use the items that strengthen their attacks like charcoal and magnet. It helped my team in the long run when fighting the Elite 4.
