Correction. Dragonite is a great Choice, but Charizard really pales in comparison. Milotic is one of the best waters around, and Mewtwo is absolutely awesome, so good he is banned from normal competitions.

Even though Mewtwo is great, I wouldnt advise raising one, since you will be frowned upon by many.

Basically make sure you know your faster then your oppent if you cant belly drum then spore the foe then use belly drum and baton pass to your dragonite.
