I have four badges currently. I've beat everything between the 5th and 6th badge though (Silph Co, the Getting gold teeth and Surf, etc...) Now I'm training to beat Koga and Sabrina. Need to beat that Fighting Dojo next to Sabrinia too.

Thinking about using one of these for the Vacant Spot. I've caught both of them, not sure which to pick though. I know you migh say Chansey is obviously the choice, but I'm not so sure.

Changes in Bold. Once you beat the Elite Four, I suggest you try breeding. It can really help against the Second E4 run. Let me know if you are up to it.

Be aware that your Lapras's nature (Impish) lowers the power of its special attacks (Surf/Ice Beam/Psychic/Thunderbolt). You should teach Psychic and Thunderbolt to Gengar, who has more power behind the moves anyway.

Thanks. Oh, yeah, I forgot two others I'm thinking about. Even though you probably think Chansey is superior, could both please be rated?

Go for an Adamant Kanghaskhan instead. Bold nature lowers its attack, which it needs.

For Chansey, try this:
-Toxic
-Protect
-Seismic Toss
-Fire Blast
This is probably the most damaging set that it can do. Toxic, and on alternating turns use Protect to get more Toxic damage done, and Seismic Toss will be for consistent damage.

Kangaskhan
Level: 30
Nature: Adamant
Item: None
Moves:
Counter / Rock Slide
Return
Substitute
Focus Punch

Blissey
Level: 33
Nature: Quiet (meh, it's okay) / Bold / Calm
Items: None
Moves:
Ice Beam / Seismec Toss
Softboiled
Calm Mind
Thunderbolt

or try AromaBliss:

Blissey @ Leftovers
Nature:Bold / Calm
Moves:
Softboiled
Seismec Toss
Thunder Wave / Ice Beam
Aromatherapy

Blissey has a myriad of support options, and a decent offensive move pool. Even though the latter is true, never completely make him an all-out offensive Pokemon, because Blissey was born for supporting and helping out your team (in general and specifically).

Changes/suggestions and comments in bold above.
I'm glad I could help you.
