1) Get rid off jump-luff's miracle seed, hitmonlee's blackbelt, umbreon's blackglasses and mewtwo's nevermelt ice. They only add 10% to ONLY one of their attack.

2) Get rid of strength for mewtwo. Return alone sucks on mewtwo. (BOTH STRENGTHS!!)

Ice Beam takes care of most things that get in the way, so no need for Surf.

Lugia is one of the best tanks in the game. Recover whatever attacks you while Pressure eats away their PPs. Thunder > Thunderbolt because of Kyogre.

Ditch for something that can live within Ubers/OU.

Umbreon has almost no attack power. Its best bet is Wishpassing. Switch when you predict a Psychic, wish, then BP out.

Boltbeaming FTW. Psychic if you really want STAB.

I'm not good with EVs myself, so ask someone else for those.

Leftovers > Shell Bell. Shell Bell depends on how hard your attack hits, while Lefties does constant healing. Its one of the best hold items.

Type boosters are a waste when they only add 10%. Like I said, Leftovers should be on most of your pokes.
