Hey guys, I'm playing Pokemon Ruby for the first time in a few years, and I've created a team I think will be pretty decent. Can someone rate it, please? I haven't started playing yet, so... there's still time for changing if you suggest it. :)
Sceptile- Leaf Blade/Iron Tail/Brick Break/Aerial Ace (or Screech)
Skarmory- Fly/Spikes/Steel Wing/Sandstorm (or Rock Smash)
    Haryama- Fake Out/Vital Throw/Earthquake/Strength
    Camerupt- Earthquake/Rock Slide/Overheat/Take Down
    Linoone- Slash/Dig/Shadow Ball/Hyper Beam
Whiscash- Surf/Ice Beam/Earthquake/Future Sight OR Walrein- Hail/Surf/Blizzard/Body Slam

    Sceptile
    Modest/Timid Nature
    ~Leaf Blade
    ~Dragon Claw
    ~Thunderpunch
    ~Crunch

    Skarmory
    Adamant/Jolly/Impish Nature
    ~Steel Wing
    ~Fly
    ~Return/Rock Slide/Hidden Power [Fight/Ground]
    ~Return/Rock Slide/Hidden Power [Fight/Ground]

Alternatively, you can use Brave Nature, and replace one of the third/fourth move with Curse, but you'll have to breed for Curse.
Return can also be substituted with Secret Power, if you have trouble getting the TM. Rock Slide however, requires FR/LG/Emerald Move Tutor.

    Hariyama
    Adamant Nature
    ~Return/Secret Power
    ~Rock Slide
    ~Substitute
    ~Focus Punch

Sub requires FR/LG/Emerald Move Tutor, though. If you can't get it, try using another Pokemon instead. Hariyama's moveset is very lacking in 3rd Gen.

    Camerupt
    Brave Nature
    ~Rock Slide
    ~Earthquake
    ~Flamethrower
    ~Return/Secret Power

Good thing it learns RS via level up.

Linoone.....I suggest you to use this one as HM slave. Hasty/Naive Nature, with Cut, Strength, Surf, and Rock Smash as moves.
But if you want to actually use it in battles....

    Linoone
    Adamant/Jolly Nature
    ~Return/Secret Power/Headbutt/Body Slam/Slash
    ~Shadow Ball
    ~Iron Tail
    ~Hidden Power [Fight/Ground/Flying]

    Whiscash
    Mild/Rash/Lonely/Naughty Nature
    ~Surf
    ~Ice Beam
    ~Earthquake
    ~Rock Slide/Spark

RS requires FR/LG/Emerald Move Tutor, while Spark is an egg move. Alternatively, go with the usual Return/Secret Power.

    Walrein
    Brave Nature
    ~Surf
    ~Ice Beam
    ~Earthquake
    ~Rock Slide/Return/Secret Power

Maybe instead of using Linoone use
    Gardevoir w/
    - Psychic
    - Calm Mind
    - Thunderbolt
    - Shadow Ball
