White Herb over Razor Claw on Cloyster. Hydro Pump for foes like Skarmory, Metagross, etc or Razor Shell for Tyranitar. Jolly over Adamant on Cloyster.

For Cloyster
Razor Shell instead of Clamp for a good Water Type move and of course Shell Smash instead of Explosion because it help you sweep your opponent Pokemon and Cloyster don't need Explosion.

For Electivire
Give him a Expert Belt since he can cover many types.

No, but you will need to change the nature to Timid, or else Choice Scarf Krook and Heracross will take you out.

You lack a Rapid Spinner. Chandelure is more of a late-game sweeper and is weak to Stealth Rock. Instead of Shell Smash-ster, you will have to change him to a utility for Rapid Spin support. EVs: 248 HP / 84 Atk / 176 Def

Subseed is the best set for Jumpluff.

Breloom is the best SubSeeder. Spore/Substitute/Focus Punch/Leech Seed.

Hi Jump on Scrafty. So much more power, and Scrafty's great defensive bulk lets him take more than a few hits with Leftovers.
On Scizor I would suggest a U-turn based Choice Band set, preferably with Superpower.
