Changes are in bold above.For your sixth pokemon Skarmory would be good or Steelix.The both work good for a Physical Wall.

you need a baton passer (Scizor/Jolteon or use Umbreon as a passer)
you need a special sweeper (Alakazam)
you need a heal beller (Blissey/Miltank)

pick from those as your last pokemon

thanks but one thing, This is for silver and I would prefer not to put leftovers on everything as I have had some bad experiances with duplicating in the past (to put it simply, this is my second cartridge) so some substitutes for the leftovers would be nice.

I like the Ice Beam on Slowking instead of rest so I will probably keep that

for Jumpluff I am torn between toxic and stun spore (toxic is nice but stun spore has almost-single handedly won me some battles)

Umbreon... since it appears that I don't really need 2 special tanks should I go ahead and breed another evee into espeon or something? or maybe an alakazam? or should I just keep 2 special tanks? or keep this and go with one of those instead of slowking?

Eletcabuzz um.. I don't think you can breed counter onto an electabuzz so yea...

and I think I'll go with steelix as my 6th any good movesets?

You can also use Roar on Steelix if you want to make it pseudohazer.Explosion works good too like Double-Edge said.
Also your right.Electabuzz cant learn or learn through breeding Counter.You could always use Cross Chop by breeding it with a male Machamp in crystal if you have crystal.
If u want to use Espeon,here is a moveset.

Espeon
Psychic
Moonlight
Charm/Growth
Zap Cannon

Espeon is good but has a limited movepool.I would recommend Alakazam here.Alakazam has a bigger movepool.
