I wouldn't worry too much about a Modest Nature on Lati@s. A Calm one would do pretty fine. As for Metagross, you might want it to be Physical due to the other 2 being special sweepers. If Agility, use Lum or Leftovers. Or you can Choice Band. You could keep Psychic on Latias since Latios would know Thunderbolt.

Well, everything the others said, really. Also, I don't like having both Lati@s with the same moveset. Maybe put Dragon Claw>Psychic on one of them and consider Thunderbolt too, otherwise both are the same Pokémon with slightly different stats. Variety and type coverage on them.
