I was also just wondering what Ev's i should get for metagross and salamence. This is going to be my first Ev team so i was wondering say if i wanted 216 Speed Ev's on Starmie, i would have to go faint 216 zubat's. Would this work with Exp share on because i read a guide and it said it did then another which said it didnt. Also once you get your 510 Evs can you still use vitmain like zinc?

With the Macho Brace, you only need to knock out 108. Macho Brace doubles EVs. Same with PokeRus. So, PokeRus + Macho Brace = 54 Zubats to KO for EVs.

No upgrades after you are maxed out. In fact, one upgrade gives 10 EVs, so 10 upgrades in one category - which is the most you can give in a category - gives 100 EVs.
