Been wondering if I should replace it with Abomasnow or wait for it to evolve. Or Switch with a eeveelution.

Use Stone Edge > U-turn on Infernape.

Your Gastro might as well go with a Staller set , it has excellent Bulk. Toxic / Recover / Earthquake / Waterfall is feasable.
