Yeah, other than the fact that they are tied with each other for worst electric pokemon in the game, they're great.

Both, since they're fairly cute. They definitely go well together. Although their lack of usefulness in battle is disappointing.

Plusle, because it's red/close to pink and it's just plain cuter/better. Plus, well, Plusle is from Plus.

Also, rabid Plusles > rabid Minuns. AND THERE ARE NO SUCH THINGS AS RABID MINUNS. So rabid Plusles > all!
