Best training spot in my humble opinion is Meteor Falls.

And Gardevoir is the only really good one. FOR NOW, I gave you these set thingys so it'll be easier for you INGAME...but if you're going to Battle Frontier follow everyone else's suggestions (at the very least, aim for a tolerable nature when breeding; most of your Pokemon's natures aside from Gardevoir are less than desirable. Also, Gardevoir can have Will-O-Wisp over Hypnosis when you decide to breed)
