This is a bit overdone. Dragon Claw should be there instead of Surf.

Typhlosion Leftovers
flamethrower
dynamic punch
thunder punch
earthquake

This is the 3rd. Gen. RMT section. I can't rate that. Post 3rd. Gen. Pokemon for help.

Sceptile leftovers
earthquake
leaf blade
solarbeam
aerial ace

Don't ever put two damaging moves of the same type on a set. Exceptions exist, but this is not one of them.

Leaf Blade
Thunderpunch
HP Fire
Dragon Claw

I would've suggested Focus Punch, but you never want to try that InGame.
Comments are in bold. Next time, don't post the uses of each respective move. Read the rules to get the correct format.

Well, for a Crystal Typhlosion MS you could go with:
-Flamethrower
-EQ
-Thunder Punch
-Quick Attack

:/

These are my suggestions, even though they may not suit your style

(not for battle frontier for fun) Beating people up is fun. Make a strong Pokemon.

Rayquaza is still more of a Physical Attacker...I think. And there is no STAB, which is bad.

*note Typhlosion is in Crystal no overheat!*This is for 3rd generation teams
flamethrower for grass bug ice and steel
dynamic punch for normal and rock Strength
thunder punch flying and water
earthquake for fire steel rock and electric

Dynamic Punch is too inaccurate, so even Rock Smash might be better since it lowers Defense

Sceptile leftoversScope Lens
earthquake for fire rock steel and electric Toxic
leaf blade for rock ground and water
solarbeam for rock ground and waterHP Dark (or breed for Crunch)
aerial ace for grass and bug

Sceptile's Attack sucks, so use S. Attack. Solarbeam shouldn't be on a non-sunny day pokemon, except for groudon. And putting Sunny Day on it could cost you a lot of HP.

I could digress, really. Both it's Atk. and SAtk. base stats are 150.
