Sword Dance > Sludge Bomb on Cradily, since Sludge bomb doesn't add anything expect for taking down grass types, and since Cradily is bulky, you might want to use SD to raise the power of Stone Edge and EQ. Or, if you're willing to breed, breed for Recover or Seed Bomb.

On Dusknoir, Ice Punch offers a better Coverage, and you also might want to take EQ instead of Brick Break.

why not use eelecktross? isnt that thing slow as heck too? plus its got levitate with pure electric type, so you'll be getting away with non-SE moves almost all the time, plus its got 115 base attack and 85/80/80 defenses. pretty good
