I know HC sucks. It still gives it phenomenal power, with an Accuracy boost the Blaze and Hi Jump Kicks like. Yes, lol, it has 3 IVs in Sp.D. But max attack sure helps. EQ is just a filler move. It can OHKO Slowbro with HJK, of course, with the appropriate set-up. Probably +2 or something a little more than that.

He's so awesome, he can eat three of your pokemon at the same time, take neutral damage form SR, completely avoid Spikes, learn Work Up, have an awesome movepool, and be the first of his kind to not get brutally raped by ice types, and be the best user of DM of all the Pseduo-Legendaries. I really think this is nuff said, but more detail. DM,WU, and Crunch are obvious, but EP is because of something that has given me problems for..... well, forever-

All I know is that its IV spread is awesome cause the HP type and power(68, yes) is very awesome vs anything. IT'S ONE ****ING POINT OFF MAX SP.A.
THREE POINTS OFF MAX SPEED. Yes, possibly the best pokemon I've ever raised. I don't know what is the best moves for it, but I know that DM, HP fire, and Psyshock are musts. Surf is just a filler, so tell me if there's a better option.

Man, its defense sucks. BU will help. All I know is that I saw this set on YouTube, and I tried it out in DPPt, pwns to say the least. After 3 BU, he's got the power to OHKO my Latios with Shadow Sneak. It can also 2HKO Ferrothorn with Drain Punch. Against Phazers (now called Phazerz that Phail)
cause I literally set up a Sub and +6ed ma Bulk Ups. I then went to proceed to rape the rest of his team with Shadow Sneak. The poor guy was probably a n00b cause he didn't switch.

Man, I can tick people off with Heal Block. Disables Jellicent's Recover, Wish, all dat ****. SR for obvious reasons, and Cosmic Power is nice stall power. Not much to explain here. Those stupid Alomomo-whatevers and Vaporeon suck without their little Wish.

Lol you should see all that this guy can do. They'll switch out to a Whimsicott. They're thinking "oh this is easy I'll just Taunt him" and then..... BOOM Magic Coat. They're either gonna switch out or die. I know major Taunters, so I'll give it an attack so I don't sit there wasting turns. Spikes, again for good damage, probably can force switch a Whimsicott lead. Any little bi*** crippler can't do ****.
