The Rocket Gang's boss Sakaki has ordered all members to take a vacation. But as the entire gang is relaxing in the Resort Area in the Sinnoh Region, Satoshi and Go coincidentally happen to show up to conduct research. The Rocket Gang is ecstatic at this chance to get Pikachu, but know that if they start working now they'll be disobeying orders. Just then the Rocket Gang's elite unit, led by Sakaki's secretary Matori, shows up and starts stealing every single Pokémon in the Area. The Rocket Gang decides to cooperate with Satoshi and Go while concealing their identities?!

I mean, it's good to see that Matori still exists after being absent from episode 3. Would be nice to see Alolan Meowth. Omode also wrote the episode where it debuted so the chance is there.

I'm glad Team Rocket is starting to get some actual episodes. Their first appearances in this series where really weak but they've been really good lately.

Also the staff list is surprisingly good for this kind of episode. Omode has proven to be a good writer over the years and the rest are series veterans who have been with us since the beginning.

Why does Giovanni wants that everbody takes a vacation?
Happy employees increases loyalty and competency, Giovanni's a smart man, unlike most villains who's mistreatment of their minions often plays part in their downfall.
