3. Also * Rank Missions means it is supposed to be HARD. You can't have a * Rank Mission that is on the 1st Floor.

You can do * rank missions on the first floor. Here is a mission:

Client: Skarmory
Objective: Find a Oran Berry
Place: Buried Relic 99F
Reward: Wide Slash
?6KS(m)?X??Q5?
(m)N?W8C7TK???

In this case all you need to do is have a oran berry in your toolbox. Go to the Buried Relic with a escape orb. On the first floor, use the escape orb. When you get out, Skarmory will be there and you will automatically hand him your oran berry from the toolbox. For this, you can get 700 rescue points.

Yes, I have tried it and it is successful.

An emulator is like a system to play hand-held games like Pokemon on your computer. There are a few positive things about it(no need to spend money for the games and you can save the game anywhere) and a few negative things about it(can't send SOS codes and I think you can't recieve Wondermail)
