ok there is a way to recruit dialga just go to temporal tower a second time then u will battle then after u win he will ask to join your team

I think that there is only one wondermail per dungeon that allows the unlocking of that dungeon, so you cannot generate that kind of code via WG. If you still haven't unlocked Lake Afar, here's the legitimate code:
