Ok, this might be an ignorant question. Is the Celebi mission from wi-fi not a recruiting mission? I downloaded the mission, played it, and Celebi did not join me. I was disappointed. The reward was a Phione Song.

When you click on a mission and it says "You can't handle this job now", what do I need to do to be ABLE to handle said job? I'm REALLY confused about this one! It's a simple Golden Chamber mission at Hidden Land. I've done them many times before, which is why I'm puzzled about this one. I'm at Master Rank and my two main pokemon are at level 100. Any advice?
