This is simple.Since Ninetales already has Drought there is no need for Sunny Day.It subs,NPs and sweeps.I recommend making this your lead.

Well since you have Ninetales I suggest getting rid of Kyogre since it will change the weather to rain.How about Gyarados?

Nearly every Pokemon have leftover except for Lucario, Life Orb is better than Leftover for Kyogre because it will gain both Attack and Special Attack, but Kyogre is not good for this team because it will take Sunny Day out. You can replace with lots of Pokemon, but not Water Pokemon because Sunny Day will lower Water Type move by 50%.

Thanks for all the advice. But i keep Ninetales with Solarbeam and not with Energy Ball, because it's sunny because of Drought.
I also don't take Gyarados, because Waterfall's damage will be decreased by 50%.

Jolly instead of Adamant because you already have Sword Dance to boost your Garchomp Attack
Dragon Claw is better than Dragon Rush because it only has only 30 base power less than Dragon Claw (counting STAB) and it has 75 accuracy which is not quite much, so use Dragon Claw for your Dragon type move and 100 accuracy, just don't put Dragon Claw and Dragon Rush together
Stone Edge instead of Dragon Rush for more coverage and more accuracy, also it has high critical hit ratio
Earthquake for a very powerful STAB move, also it has 100 base power and 100 accuracy
Sword Dance gain Garchomp Attack by 2 stage which help Garchomp to OHKO your opponent Pokemon a lot more easier
Life Orb for even more Attack which help you to OHKO your opponent Pokemon even more easier or Leftover to gain Garchomp HP every turn by 1/16 which help Garchomp to have more chance to survive for longer turn

Dragon Claw for a good STAB move, but if you don't mind about getting confuse after using Outrage, then use Outrage for a really high base power move and high accuracy (Attacking move continiously is not a problem for this move set because Choice Band or Choice Scraf already force you to use move continuously)
Earthquake is a powerful STAB move, also it has 100 accuracy and give a lot more coverage
Stone Edge has a combo of QuakeEdge which means it should make a very good coverage combo, also it has high base power and high critical hit ratio
Fire Fang or Crunch give more coverage, Fire Fang has chance to flinch and burn, but Crunch has chance to lower your opponent Pokemon Defense
