If Ash brings back Snivy and fully evolves it, I won't care if Ash didn't get an 8th gen starter.

Even if it comes, it won't necessarily happen in an episode with Inteleon. It is possible that Sobble only evolves a few episodes later.

Not exactly. For all we know Go might not need to get a marketable Pokemon to replace Sobble. Pikachu and Eevee might be enough

Yeah I honestly believe, if anyone, Chloe's Eevee has most likely took over the Cutesy Marketable Unevolved Starter Pokémon (it technically counts as a Starter right?)
