So legends are not uncommon anymore. They have to give it to everyone. Otherwise, this injustice to other trainers and would be against the logic of anime.

Based on the ending part, with the Suicune running and all the Legendaries appearing in the background (as shadows) and the narrator talking about Go's goal (i think?).
I get the feeling that majority, if not all Legendaries that would be captured in this "Journeys" would be by Go, while like always Ash would be just going around saving and bonding with Legendaries like the past 20 years he had been and probably won't catch any of them.

TR's next episode's gacha mon are Houndour and Poochyena. Also while Go kept Suicune it is roaming the world since it has to do its job as the water cleaner.
