No. By now we should take it as a cardinal rule that unless verified by the end of an episode, all Pokémon are Goh captures by default.

Although Falinks being Ash's Catchable Pokemon could make up the lack of Ash's Galar mon since Ash Ketchum had dracovish, I wasn't a huge fan of that suggested Pokemon idea. who suggested Ash to catch it?

We really need more to go on, from the title it just sounds like the usual filler hijinks. I'm pressing x to doubt on Falinks happening, it'll likely go to Goh if anyone. Especially if Ash is getting Kubfu in the untitled episode, him getting captures within a quick episode span isn't unheard of but this series has had such a massive gap between his captures

these goods give almost always spoiler of the anime, it seems that we have the return of Cynthia, The 3 initials of Sinnoh that piplup could be of ash completing initials of that region and Goh with its evolved initials

Could be Hop, Sonia, or a POTD (hopefully). The rest of those figures look promising: Galar starters for Go, Crown Tundra/Sinnoh legends, Cynthia w/ Garchomp, and Pincurchin (Hop?)
