What pokemon would he get in pignite portion

Magmar, Comfrey or Simisear, those are the options, Magmar with a possible Magmortar would be cool, the Monkey besides Dent don't get much love so that would alos be nice, not sure he would get a Comfrey, seems more like a Go capture, it would be something different though.

I think he will get monkey simksear or either magmar .
I dont see him catching a comfey or another yamper

Well if you ask me, that would be my first option , I'm kind of speculating a capture though, but yeah Mime isn't a capture either, he already had it.

Servine is also on one of the other Pokeball, I wonder if we get an Isshu starters episode.

Well if he does get Rioulo, its weird that they put one of his Pokemon in each circle and the last one having nothing for him(well he does have a Pignite)? could be a huge coincidence, but still...

Problem with Magmar is that it won't be able to evolve without being borrowed in the anime with Magmarizer... Probably Simisear, if any...

Also, I hope Riolu goes to Gou while Lucario goes to Ash...

Yea Latias would be a good fit for Ash.

Well Tobias and Nurse Joy had just one of the Lati twins
Haven't really seen wild ones outside of the movies

I always assumed Tobias had a Latias as well but I guess we'll never know, unless he returns.

To be honest I would prefer Ash to catch Simisear over Magmar, because as someone pointed out the "Hear no Evil Monkey" doesn't get enough love. Don't get me wrong Magmar is cool and all, being popular due to either its design or stats and also for being Electabuzz's version exclusive counterpart(Too bad Magmortar is the least popular.), but as I said before, enough Kanto pampering.

But if Magmar does indeed get caught by Ash instead of Go, I would love to have these moves.

The most likely one is Riolu. It appearance in merchandise is even more than Gengar and Dragonair.

I hope ash doesn't get magmar. It doesn't feel like an Ash mon AT ALL. Plus we don't need any more kanto mons except if it's an eevee and evolves into a non gen 1 evolution. Ig you can say the same that magmar evolves into a Gen 4 mon but no, that mon doesn't fit ash at all

the way Ash commanded Flygon during that movie only made people want it more, it just really seems like something that would fit him.

I'm fine with Ash getting Riolu; it's popular, it's different enough from Ash's other Fighting types and if it evolves, it gains Steel typing.
Can't say the same about Galar starters. Ash has already caught 3 pure Grass-type Pokémon and Bulbasaur was treated like a pure Grass-type too.
It's even worse with Water types - 6 pure Water + Greninja that didn't make any use of it's Dark typing. It's more than enough.
If they really have to give Ash Pokémon with those types from Galar region, it better be something like Appletun/Flapple, Cramorant or one of the Fossils that are different from any other Grass and Water types he has caught so far. Starters would be redundant on Ash's team.

Yeah tbh I won't mind if ash doesn't get the galarian starters, tho I do want him to get galarian mons. I'd love to see him with galarian darmanitan, Toxtricity, Corviknight (that's probably not happening) etc
