Poetry

Chaotic Pink

Let the zephyr blow.
Everything they said

They were told she was not to be trusted,
and that with every word she said they should take a pinch of salt with it;
two for good measure.
But they never listened, they never learned.

Those people have now passed on,
in body, mind and soul.
For long ago, on that fateful day she came and taught them a lesson.

The woman with the long blonde hair that shone in the mid day sun,
would be the last thing to be seen with their eyes.

They stood in the field, their backs to the sun,
and eagerly farmed the wheat.
From behind the wheel of the tractor she came.
Wielding the blade she became known for.

"No, please don't!" They cried,
that was when they suddenly died.
With a blow to the body, and one to the head,
She cried aloud, "You shall be dead!"
The last thing they hear was the shriek of shrill cry,
Alas, they didn't die with honour.
They died at the hands of a crazed mad woman,
a friend yet a stranger all the same.

No the field and grain is stained with blood.
A long lasting reminder of the men that stood and died for no reason,
not knowing what would happen.

Now they have moved on, their body, mind and soul.
Their bodies never got buried,
We never shall know what happened to their bodies.
She probably ate them for breakfast and tea, with a long drag of cider, no doubt.

Their families now regret, the day they let her in.
Into their minds she'll always stay, a long lasting bane of their lives.
Now she remains, keeping there nightmares alive.

Forget me not
(this will be the epilogue in my fiction, Loss, learning and everything in the middle)

Forget me not, I shall not you,
through times and sorrow remember me please.
I died not in vain, yet simply for you,
you may not understand, but sometime you will do.

Forget me not, I did not die,
I am the star that blinks at night,
the last straying beam of light.

Forget not the day that I died,
a constant remined of those that stayed and those that passed.

I did not die, I remain right here.
Here in your heart forever.

We shall meet again, we always will.
Together we will remain, forget it not or I will go.

Remember me, now, then and forever.

These were written when I was bored...

Very nice. I really like them! =D The structure on the first one wa a little odd, but I'm no poet.

A typo...

mid day son,

Sun, not son. =D

The second was is also nice... There was one little typo/tense error which I'll point out below...

Forget me not, I did not died

No 'd' at the end of 'die'. =D
