Point of Regigigas

As we all know, the three Regi's represent the Stone Age, Ice Age and Iron Age but what point in time could Regigigas symbolize?

I am guessing the present but highly doubt that.

^ they do? But I think that maybe regigigas represents the spage age or something like that.
Actually i'm probably wrongcause 'gigas seems to have moss around his feet

three regi's represents:
Paleolithic, Neolithic, and Mesolithic?

I think its a combination of all of them.

I'm too coo', foo'
I remember a thread like this was made long ago and heres what I thougt about it:Maybe regigigas was created at a time where nothing existed yet and everything is about to start, so it was a normal type. But as time grew so did it transforming and mutating as does the world did too. Regigas came in contact with a lot of things form ice to lava. So now it appearance has those things.

I think it was the 2nd pokemon. (Arsureus being the first) Like when Arsureus was making Pokemon Regigigas was sad because he didn't have any evouloutions or counter parts so he asked Arsureus to make him pre-evouloutions. Arsureus said yes but right after he was finished creating Mew. He was thinking about Regigigas request and made a mistake when creating Mew. He gave Mew the DNA of every Pokemon but he didn't notice it. So he kept making Pokemon. He was about to make Regigigas's request when Mew discovered he had the DNA of every Pokemon. Arsureus was in shock and accidently made 3 pre-evos called; Regice, Regirock, and Registeel. The bad part was that they couldn't evolve. But Regigigas was happy because he had 3 sons.

That's just my thereoy.

Lol, now we're talking about the creation of the "world" with Pokemon! Personally I think Regigigas has to do something with the human civilization, seeing that the other three Regis represent the three times in human civilization.

Would it be prehistory? Since it's the "king" of the Regis, I'd expect it to be the space age or something more advanced.

Yes, but also, if he's the king of the regis, you'd think he'd represent something older.

I have thouoghts on it on the same line as Typhlosion Dude, but not quite the same... maybe he was one of the earlier Pokemon (Probably not second, or all that sad mumbo jumpo). Maybe Aruseus created a Regi for each "Jump" in human civilization? So like, as far as age goes, Regigigas > Regirock > Regice > Registeel.

Regigigas exists to give the obligatory "Guardian" to the Regi Trio, much like Ho-Oh is the Guardian of the Beasts and Lugia of the Birds. =O

As for what it can represent... easy. Read the Pokédex entry.

A legend which has been passed down says this Pokémon dragged a continent into movement by pulling onto a rope.

I think of them as the representatives of the landmass, for the integral core is made of rock, ice and steel. Regigigas adds more to that theory. It'd be the cortex, or the tectonic plaques. The thing that separated the Pangea into all the current continents.

If they're about ages (Still feasible.), then Regigigas must represent the origin. The Prehistory.

Well. I would imagine Aresus made Palkia and Dialga and Kyogre and Groudon, to shape the universe and the world, respectively. The two clashed, and thus, Rayquaza was made. The orbs were used to seal the pokemon away. Regigigas was born and helped bring the world together. Mew sprung up, evolving and branching outward into different species. I have a feeling the Regi Trio were born of human influence on the world, possibly through the developement of the technolog. They are golems, so I would imagine they were synthetically created by Regigigas, as the Golem, or Humunculus, was created from the earth and brought to life. Ho-oh soon developed or was pre-existing as far back as Aresus, or was created through the kindnesss of Man. A scenario similar to the Groudon-Kyogre conflict occurs amongst the birds of the three elements of destruction, and so a Lugia is born to balance the power, and the second time this happens was in the 2nd movie. Giranata represents the unknown mysteries of the universes and the afterlife. Darkrai maybe the End to Aresus's beginning, or rather, sprung up from the souls of those with negative energy. And... I can't think anymore.

wait,
so MEW WAS THE LAST pokemon ,
it can't have DNA of a pokemon that didn't exist

Regigigas signifies all technology throughout time and space in the Pokemon world.

Basically he is an Emperor and Regice, Registeel, and Regirock are his nobles.

That's how I see it.
