• Hi all. We have had reports of member's signatures being edited to include malicious content. You can rest assured this wasn't done by staff and we can find no indication that the forums themselves have been compromised.

    However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar logins on multiple sites, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

    We always recommend using unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication if possible. Make sure you are secure.

Pokéball Plus Won’t Charge

I’m trying to charge my Pokéball Plus but nothing seems to be working. I tried plugging it into my Switch dock and a wall outlet, but the light’s still red after leaving it for several hours. It didn’t make a chime whenever I plugged it in, but it did always vibrate.

I then tried resetting my Pokéball Plus but I think that just made things worse. Not only is is not charging, but at times it doesn’t make the vibrating noise anymore and it just blinks a white color whenever I plug it in.

Does anyone know how to fix it? I’d contact Nintendo support, but I know I’ll just be sent to a page that doesn’t help or be bombarded by people saying “The same thing happened to me, it sucks” over & over again.
