Certain Pokemon from XD gain special moves upon purification, such as Lugia with Psycho Boost and Feather Dance. These moves are not listed in the "Transfer Only Moves" section of the Gen VI Dex
I'm not sure if anyone put this up yet or not, but Nature Power turns into Draco Meteor when used in space and Air Slash when used while soaring or on Sky Pillar. Also, it turns into Earth Power when used in Deserts, Beaches, and Mountains.

Ralts and Yamask learn Ally Switch from Ralts, Kirlia, Gardevoir and Gallade, Yamask and Cofagrigus , not Eelektross(who doesn't get Ally Switch at all).

I don't look through the movelists often, but I notice that no past Event-origin Moves seem to be listed for Transfer-only Moves (such as Suicune's very special Crown Event moves, or Tauros from the Dream World having Rock Climb) in at least Gen VI listings. There are occasional cases of duplication (such as being available in Gen III one way, but as a Move Tutor in Gen IV), but I can't remember any.
