It doesn't and really, shouldn't because Eevee isn't normally found In Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald. Otherwise, all other Pokémon not found in those games should as well, eg Ivysaur in R/S/E : evolve from Bulbasaur (you can't obtain it in those games).

This has been brought up but it isnt fixed yet:

Grimer is found on Route 212 (South) using the Poketore.

I spent 2 hours looking for it in the wrong place.

Also in Zugaidosu’s Pokedex page it says you can obtain it by reviving a Shield Fossil and in Tateopusu’s entry it says you can obtain it by reviving a Helmet Fossil. It should be the other way around

In Celebi’s 3rd Gen Pokedex entry the shiny sprite for Ruby, Sapphire, Fire Red and Leaf Green is facing the wrong way. And in Charmander’s 3rd Gen Pokedex entry for Fire Red and Leaf Green it’s right knee is missing from the sprite.
