Even if kukui doesn't use a Z move i still think he can triumph. If korrina mega evolves tho it would be difficult

Factually; RIley's Lucario is the strongest because it could hold off a town level threat IIRC >>>Kukui's/Korrina's Base > Kukui's/Korrina's base > Cameron's. Kukui's would've been stronger if it had beaten Nagan,since it didn't.. it can go either way.
As of Mega Lucario from Korrina vs Kukui's. Mega Lucario wins. People who think opposite or it'd be close battle, need to open their eyes more.

Ash's Infernape wins( with Blaze), if TK uses Z move( he wins). Blazeape > Electivire who is around BF Pikachu level who > Regice whos is high FB level.
Electivire wins but it'd be good fight. Same applied above.

Most of these match ups depend on Z moves...So maybe remove Z moves? Or give someone Z move?

Okay this is difficult. In the end I'll go with rowlet considering it defeated decideueye while bulbasaur tied with a meganium.

A-G and MCX from Alain vs Kukui and Ash's team,TK can't do Z move no Pikachu (and Z move is done once from Kukui's Incineroar.)

2.hard with Krookodile vs DL. IDK tie.
3.A-G destroys easily
4. Drake as of Champion or OI Drake? Champion Drake's Dragonite loses to Mega Champion Aces, many Legendaries like Dialga,Palkia, MCX and A-G.
Another:
1.Hard one but maybe A-G and Peakachu
2.Tyson vs Harrison: IDK, maybe Tyson

5.Another hard one, Melmetal because Krookodile doesn't have much feats
