It's hard to say, Ash's Dragonite won thanks to Ash's strategy, but it seemed weaker than Haxorus and Angrynite
If Ash's Dragonite is stronger than Alain's Charizard, then Ash's Zard and Infernape are weaker than Happynite.

ASSUMING that Iris' Haxorus has the same strength as the other regional champions' ace Pokemon (Cynthia's Garchomp, Steven's Metagross) or at least close to it then Ash's Dragonite can beat Alain's Charizard in base. We know Alain's Zard is E4 level, and Ash's Dragonite straight defeated a champion's ace Pokemon.

That Moltres seems pretty strong, I agree with that but it shouldn't be stronger than the Articuno Charizard defeated in BF so I think Charizard takes it well. Plus Zard came back stronger in BW.

Guzma is stronger than all kahunas, Illima and Kiawe
But Gladion can beat him by choosing any 2 Pokemons from top 3, Lycanroc and Zoroark can beat Golisopod and Scizor, Silvally most likely can take out both alone as it's legendary Pokemon who can change type.
It would be difficult to say with Kukui's 2 weakest Pokemons, but
Kukui most likely can beat Guzma with Lucario and Braviary, Braviary shown beating Golisopod in past.

If Gladion could stick to 1 memoru, which would he use?
He didn't use Earth would counter 4/5 of Ash's Team, Pikachu included...

Gladion can use Fire memory to counter bug type, even if Golisopod is water type Torracat was able to bring him down below 50% while Silvally is far bigger threat.
Gladion use Fighting type against Ash probably because he is 100% sure that Ash is going to use Lycanroc too while Rowlet is immune to ground type move and who know if Ash had something else like how he pull out Melmetal which was big surprise.
