I read the article too. I get what you mean: The only way we can know for sure is tomorrow or later tonight to have people try and see if Pokemon Bank is out in Europe or America. if we can't download or its not even there then we will know.

It can't be delayed for Japan, they already had it. But that's been taken down for the time being.

Also, not to be harsh or anything but no one cares about your days off or planning ahead for Pokemon Bank. Considering that other people are also going through the same thing, you have no choice but to just chin up and be patient as Nintendo fixes their servers.

No harshness taken, just expressing my frustration and reasons why. BUT, when I said make it like BOX, Bank would be free still of course, or just cost a 5 buck download fee. Also, it would include Transporter obviously, as that requires Bank to even work. The point I was trying to make was simply- Nintendo is notorious for poor planning AND online services. That being said, its 100% their fault, not the consumers at all. They're supposed to sell a product, 100% complete and working/functioning correctly, and support it properly. Server issues, while they have happened in other instances(other companies/consoles), were fixed in a matter of a day- Nintendo was under some sort of maintenance/had crashing issues for 2 and a half days, showing how ill prepared they were for this fiasco. And while I dont agree everyone should receive compensation, those that may or may not have lost their Pokemon to the server issues are certainly by all means entitled to it- since the product did not function as intended/promised.

If NA/Europe could download Bank tomorrow, then shouldn't we see the release date still be the 27th instead of TBD? It seems farfetch'd to assume that we'll be getting it tomorrow if the release date is TBD.

That's because they don't know when exactly the servers will be fixed, they are working hard at the moment.

Oh meh. I'll take this time to finish White 2 and finally get a double set of the legendary Hoenn Golems.

Yeah I transferred all my pokemon to Black 2 yesterday in preperation for PokeBank, but honestly, we've waited how long for this crap we can wait a few more days.

And question: Will other people be able to see out PokeBanks? Like we can show off our mons?

If they say this is a high priority issue, then about a week is about what I'd expect too. Maybe less, but that may be too optimistic. Still, I'd rather not be pessimistic about this. I have a whole month off of school for this break, so if it takes about a week, I guess I have a whole week to do nothing. like I always do

are the "transfer only moves" passable through breeding via previous gen pokemon? e.g. BW2 Banette with foul play + XY Banette with phantom force = XY Shuppet with Foul Play and Phantom Force.

if so, would they be illegal in official tournies?

We won't know until Pokemon Bank is released.

Unless they're egg moves they do not get passed down

Well if it takes them another week to get everything right, I won't have a problem with that. I'd hate for them to rush this and end up having more problems. I was looking forward to transferring my Pokemon tomorrow though.. :/
