Vi is a peculiar man. Initially, people don’t understand his character, but eventually they will get a true understanding of who he is. His personality is polarizing to many, which is something he can’t correct. He commands respect from those around him, whether they like him or not. He is incredibly intelligent, insufferably so. Vi doesn’t mince words when letting people know they are wrong. His honesty is needed in dire situations, but at other times, he could benefit from tact. He does tease others from time to time, but he is clever about how he does it. Everyone has a hard time judging if he is serious or not, which is how he likes it. Surprisingly, Vi does care a lot about his allies and puts those he cares about before himself.
Vi is ambitious, too. He works to use his skills and intelligence to do great things. This gives him the ability to come up with some truly interesting strategies and ideas. He is able to think very quickly when under pressure. His ability to adapt has saved him on more than a few occasions. The way that his brain works allows him to break down concepts well and reassemble them to better grasp them.
Appearance:
Vi is of mixed heritage. He is of what appears to be Japanese and African descent (or whatever the Pokemon universe equivalent is), so his features are very distinct. He has warm, hazel, almond shaped eyes. He has a sharp, hawk like nose. His face is angular, having a sharp jawline and high, prominent cheekbones. He has large ears and full lips that some people find cute, much to his annoyance. Vi’s hair is dyed a very light shade of purple and contrasts with his olive skin. He keeps his hair tied in a high bun with an ornately designed jeweled hairpin. His eyebrows are still black since he doesn’t dye them.
Vi’s likes to wear clothes that are fashionable and unique. Atypical of some men, he isn’t afraid to wear the color pink. His clothing is made from expensive fabric. He wears a pair of tight, magenta pants that are tapered at the bottom, slightly revealing his ankles. He dons a pair of mint green shoes that allow him to move efficiently during combat. On his upper body, he has on a gi that is the same color as his pants, and it has gold trimming around it. The sleeves are long and flowing. Tied around the middle of the gi is a sash that matches his shoes. He wants to craft his own armor at some point, but at the moment he wears a set that his mentor created for him. It’s an elegant set that is based off of a Gardevoir, green and white being the primary colors used.
History:

He loved seeing them, and the admiration that they commanded. He became an apprentice to one of the blacksmith in Illusio to learn how to craft weapons and armor. Eventually, he was allowed to operate the shop on his own.
Occasionally, he would sneak off to practice with the weapons when it was his turn to run things. A warrior noticed him doing this and asked if he was formally trained. The answer was of course no. The warrior offered him a chance to become a better fighter. He would be able to become his squire if he completed a series of challenges that proved he could handle the position. Vi jumped at the opportunity and proved to be quite the ace. Eventually, Vi was chosen as a representative for Illusio. He proved to have the mind and skill for it.

Personality: Natalia was brought up in an incredibly rich family, which shows in her personality. She is spoilt to the extreme and used to having every wish fulfilled. She believes she is more important than anyone else and is thus arrogant, bossy and sarcastic. She lacks patience and is easily irritated even by minor things. When that happens, she is more than willing to let everyone know of her suffering.
She is very confident, but gives up easily as she has always relied on others to do what she doesn’t fancy. She is never happy, as she always finds something that bothers her. As such, nobody has ever seen her smile, only her constant frown. The only time she comes close to smiling is when she watches someone’s failure. She usually relies on her Pokemon to win her battles, as she prefers to just stand back and give orders.

Below the waist she wears white leggings and black leather knee-high boots with three decorative white straps with gold buckles. Over those clothes, Natalia wears a turquoise long-sleeved tunic reaching just above her knees and a white belt with a silver buckle. On the left shoulder, the tunic is decorated with a golden floral pattern.

It has been centuries since any of them actually had to work; they make their money by owning an extremely successful trading company and vast tracts of farming land. As such, Natalia was raised in luxury where her servants complied with each one of her whims. She spent her days on the estate, either in her rooms or in the garden bossing others around. Her parents didn’t spend much time with her, instead they focused their attention on her elder brothers. The only time she saw what was going on in the real world was when she was travelling to one of Vala’s other residences for holidays.
In puberty, she often had violent outbursts which ended with her destroying a piece of furniture or damaging a wall. As an attempt to keep those outbursts under control, she was assigned a swordplay teacher, so she would let her anger out during practice instead. As a skilled warrior she was quick to volunteer to represent Chrysalia in the competition as she could see nobody as suitable to represent the kingdom as she was. Her father had to pull a few strings to make it happen, but frankly, her family was glad to have a break from her tantrums.

At first, Saenathra had no intention of cooperating with her new owner, but she warmed up to her (and only her) after weeks of VIP treatment with the best food Saenathra had ever tasted.
Special Appearance: Saenathra has two golden piercings, one above each eye, and a couple of scars on her back.
Personality: Similarly to her owner, Saenathra is quite bossy and loves picking on weaker Pokemon. However, she doesn’t mind getting her hands dirty, unlike Natalia, and enjoys a good one-sided battle. She is nevertheless very tenacious as her pride doesn’t allow her to give up.

However, she gets really annoyed at rich people who only care about their wealth, since she's from a poor family. Kimiko cares deeply for her comrades and Pokemon, and will always try to help them. Due to her youth, she has young pride that can get the best of her. She tends to look at the positives of any situation. She never addresses the negatives and keeps her smile going. Kimiko never tries to cry, since that remind her of her family's hardships and suffering in the world.
Kimiko is a determined warrior on the battlefield. She's a bit too headstrong sometimes and could get herself into trouble. She never hesitates to give her Pokemon a hand, and always gives encouraging shouts to them.

Kimiko wears a white shirt under a green and black corset. Her sleeves shy off at her elbows and hang slightly. She wears brown, leather gloves that look old and used (From farming). She tends to wear a matching green skirt that meet just below her knees. Kimiko also likes to wear brown boots, to match her gloves.
History: Kimiko was born into a poor, farm family living on the one of the hills that surrounds the mountainous Avia. She has two older brothers who always seem to pick on her. She grew up, never thinking life was anything more than planting and harvesting. They would sell their crops every other week in town, and that money was enough to get by. It was when one day that a soldier was walking through the nearby fields that Kimiko got attention. The soldier got attacked by a flock of Staravia, and Kimiko managed to save him and not harm the Staravia. After the soldier returned to the castle, they decided to choose Kimiko for the Avia representative.
Her parents were so proud of her, but Kimiko's brothers were jealous. They were the ones always helping out with all the heavy lifting and going to the kingdom to sell their goods. Kimiko lost her good relationship with them over this, and now that holds heavy in Kimiko's heart.

Nickname: Terrace
Gender: Male
History: Kimiko met Terrance on a terrace (That's where he got his name), injured from flying into a tree. Kimiko grabbed the poor, fluffy eaglet and nurtured him back to health. She helped him learn to fly again after his wing healed up. Rufflets are a rarer species of flying-types, so Kimiko wanted to let him go. She didn't want to indanger the population of Rufflet. But, Terrace decided to stay with Kimiko, to thank her for all she had done for him.
Special Appearance: His left wing has a scar on it, from when he was injured.
Personality: Terrace has a more cautious personality than Kimiko. He tends to take a moment to think before acting, which contrasts his owner. However, Terrace is loyal to her, and will preform the tasks that she wants him to.

I played up to Valora, which I think is the furthest I've done on a Conquest playthrough. Feel free to spoil me if I'm missing details that would be important to the RP.
Quick question though: what is meant by a "signature move"? Does that have any effect on the RP, or is it just the move that the pokemon would happen to be using most often or something?

I was not planning on involving any of the original game plot Tangeh, so you aren't missing any information.
As for the Signature move:
It is just a move that the pokemon will use most often. It will be used to deliver finishing blows, defeat strong opponents, and will be the most powerful move in the pokemon's repertoire.
It will always be more powerful than the other pokemon's moves, even if generally it is considered weaker. It won't have too much of an effect on the RP. Outside of some moves being oddly powerful,

Specialty: Pokemon that can inflict many status conditions (particularly through abilities, i.e. effect spore, poison point...)
Equipment and Skills:
- Warrior Skill - Resolution ("dramatically improves defense for three turns")
- Wears light bronze armour that covers his torso / back, shoulders, wrists, shin/ calf, and forehead (leaving his upper legs, ankles/feet, hands, and elbows free for greater mobility).
- His wrists are the most heavily armoured part of his body, with the equivalent of two small shields attached to each one. This is for sparring purposes against those with bladed weapons.
- Also wears a black neckerchief under his chest armour. He will pull it over his mouth and nose to protect himself from his pokemon's spores. Effective for short-term usage only.
- Highly skilled in jujutsu martial arts
Personality: Cool, calm, and collected, Takuma seems to be a tough nut to crack. Although he generally appears aloof at first, he will warm up to people as he gets to know them, and is surprisingly compassionate toward close friends. He has a habit of calling similarly-aged or younger female acquaintances - particularly opponents, but occasionally allies - "sweetheart". Although he enjoyed training and felt privileged to have such high standards, the pressure put on him by his family to meet their expectations was overwhelming. He didn't feel he could confide in anybody - he had few friends given he wasn't allowed in the traditional school system or any extra-curricular activities open to the public. The few friends he did have were from similar backgrounds as him, and were similarly unwilling to discuss anything negative about their upbringing. All of his emotions were therefore cast upon Roman, who acted as Takuma's rock and allowed him to keep his cool and collected image intact.

The Charming Devil of the Ii: (Warrior Skill) Increases Attack on Pokémon if there are more female Warlords than male in battle (Example: if in battle, If there are 4 Male Warriors (Counting Yu) and 8 Female ones, Yu's Pokemon's Attack will be raised 4 levels (The maximum)
Personality: When Yu grew up, he was extremely timid and avoided others. One day, his mother got him to stop talking to girls, which had two affects, to overcome his timidness and become a Womenizer. Yu will flirt and try to woo any female warrior in his or opposing armies, as he make his goal to have every women in Ransei to swoon upon the mention of his name.
Outside his womanizer trait, Yu is very courageous and reliable in serious battles. Yu will cast aside his dandy/womanizer ways when his life is on his line, along with his naiveness.
On his off time, Yu usually loves to sit and think in Hotsprings to cool off,.(it sounds Ironic to me that he cooks off in something warm) He also gives excess money to the poor and needy in his kingdoms.
The Valorian Warlord takes rejection and insults rather harshly, which mixes poorly with his womanizer traits. He also shows less respect and usually ignores and distrusts Male Warlords, showing less respect to them.
In Battle, Yu generally stays at range till he can flank and exploit a weakness. As his weapon his a Sheild with a shotgun in it, it can allow him to get up close and personal in combat, along with a dagger for certain situations.

Yu stands at a 5'8, and weighs around 100-115 pounds. Yu is well known to wear yukata's outside of battle, usually in blue or grey colors to match his normal uniforms colors. The womanizer wears unarmored versions of his grey-blue uniform when he goes outside of the main castles to be his we'll know philandering self.
In combat, Yu is dressed in a blue and grey designed tunic and khaki slacks. He has metal armor on his legs to allow him to move quicker and to prevent his wings from getting clipped when he runs by ranged weaponry. He has blue eyes and short, grey hair. He has a silver earing on his left ear. Aswell, Yu has his shotgun-sheilds attached to his arms, and his knife strapped on the back of his belt.
History: Yu was very fortunate to grow up in a moderately rich family, the Ii's. His family where well known in Valora to give strong warriors to the army. Unlike many of rich families, The Ii's respected the poorer families and helped out them as much as they can, which Yu was shown to lead that ideal.
About 6 months previous, a tournament was held between the vassals of the previous warlord, Ieyasu Tokugawa, a man Yu had no respect for, and any one else wanting to join. Yu quickly joined and fought against tough opponents such as Tadakatsu Honda, and his daughter Inahime Honda, along with a powerful swordsman, Kojiro Sasaki. Eventually Yu scraped by and his strength, will, and determination awarded him the leader of the country.

When Yu was told he'd become Valora's Warlord, Ripley who involved into a Prinlup a few years previous, evolved into an Empoleon, becoming the Charming Devil of the Ii's great partner.

Personality: Ripley is very quite and isolates herself from others outside of battle, except for Yu. Ripley also is extremely finicky and hates it when someone/thing dirties her fur, going ballistic on whatever does so. Ripley is known to being a night owl, and loves to be alone as not many things are awake during the night.

Okay a couple problems
The appearance section is too short, please add a bit more to it. Describe his clothing. Remember that just giving a weight and height doesn't help us to visualize what he looks like. They are just meaningless numbers. A good thing to add in there is his bearing, general demeanor, and a good description of his face. You should also go back and fix a couple errors in the post. Grammar and spelling, it doesn't need to be perfect by any means but make sure you try to limit the mistakes.
The Personality is kind of bland and sueish. Your character doesn't have any many obvious flaws, or internal problems. These things are what make a good character. You have a good start but, you need to add to it. It would also be worth re-reading, and looking for errors. You spend a lot of time talking about his love interest, but there is a lot more to a person than that. We know very little about how he responds to danger, his fighting style, how well he leads, his mindset(Optimist or pessimist). Those are a few things to keep in mind when writing the personality section.
