I have seen a strange thing: Well, I got a friend in school who has a game "Pokémon Diamond" and there are all pokémon I haven't seen ( like pokémon who do not exist ) In 10 years I play pokémon, I haven't seen such a weird thing, can someone give me more information please?

There is a fake game called Pokemon Diamond that has nothing to do with the actual series. There is Diamond and Jade. Telefang by smile soft and Natsume acc. Wikipedia. I guess this is what you mean...
