Pokémon DJs

I Though I Do some fan art hear, so I made this.........

It's a Houndoom Dressed up as a DJ, I've used Paintshop Pro for my Art Program, I've outlined his fur, and I Did the Shading, Also, I've added some Detail in the Eye and the Shirt Collar, and Used Red and Orange Background with Kaliedoscope Effect, It matches well with Fire Types, Like Houndoom, Well, What do you think, You Like?

Considering your profile says you're 20, I'm going to judge you based on age.
Stop. Just stop. Don't submit art if you can't do it good. This is fine for a seven or eight year old, but this is just.... just... wow.
Where to begin: The pose is horrific, and would give him severe back problems in life. The shading is horribly random, and has no set light source. The proportions make Picasso look photorealistic by comparison. THe background is bland and unimainative. THe eyes are the only redeeming value, and even they aren't done amazingly well.
If you were under the age of 12, I wouldn'tve berated you for that (maybe you lied about your age, I don't know), but this, in a word, sucks.

You Do have a Point, and a Good one too, I'll try to improve it, and I'll get the Shading Good Too, I'm Not Sure how to make a Light Sorce, But I'll try to do that as well, I Guess the Background is kind of Bland, so I'll make it Better

And for your Information, I am 19 Years Old (Though I Don't Look Like It), And I am Not Lying about my age, But I will make a Diffirent Pose and I'll Make the Eyes Diffirent and More Amazing, I'll Improve........

You know what? So what if he can't do it well at his stage of age? Does that mean that he should stop? Heck, no. If you like something and want to become better at something go for it. Perhaps he just started out? Everyone starts out somewhere. Practice is the key to many things of success. I used to draw a lot worse than that within six months ago. I studied art and I am improving and I am 18.

I would suggest going through some tutorials on how to draw the body online. Each of which takes careful observation. Take note of every single little detail of a Houndoom The postion of the muzzle, the eyes, etc. MS Paint is a very basic program and I suggest obtaining more advanced programs such as GIMP and Inkscape (both are free) to color and such.

I'm just saying, that when someone of his age posts art, people expect it to be good. People expect a certain level of professionalism coming from someone who's near the 20-year old mark (unless he's mentally challenged. If so, I'mn sorry). I'm not going to make everything sunshine and flowers, because that's not how I do things. If it's good for your age, I'll praise you. If not, I will bertae you, but not without justification and tips. I am blunt, and if you don't want my opinioon, don't read what I have to say, or take it to heart. Simple as that.

Just by looking at your art, I can give so many crits right now its unbelievable. Just because he is twenty years old doesn't mean his art has to be perfect. He posted his art for comments and critism, not total rudeness from people like you.

You don't have the right to ever tell anyone when to not post their art. And where did he say he uses MS Paint?

@MegaDan123; Maybe try to google up some tutorials on anatomy, shading and lightsources. And if you're using a computer mouse, maybe go out and buy a tablet for your computer.

Well I don't think it's all that bad for someone who's 19. People learn as they do. Aside from the fact the arm is rather spaghetti like and bends in the wrong spot, you could say it's stylised, I think it's cute.
Good luck with improving and having a go at as many tutorials as you can find. And if you can't find many go to a bookshop and to the art section, there should be at least some 'how to draw' books and even if you can't buy them just flipping through is always nice and you can pick up some pointers.

Happy hunting!

Really, it's not that bad. ^^ I agree with the advice others are giving you, just google search some tutorials and work on the detail a little harder. Practice makes perfect, keep up the good work!
