Fact, they're sync moves go by the names of Baby Blue Play Rough and a Sync Beam with the phrase, Rock Your World.

They know what they're doing and I'm howling over here like a mad man.

The AS are a joke. Who's next? Youngster Joe and Ratata...?

I'll be real, they're NOT the sync pairs I'm going after next month and it's because I'm not a fan of most of the Arc Suits in a nutshell. (Incredibly busted, having to fork over extra gems if your luck is a pity pull level. "Carmine n Pecharunt is exactly that." and some of the Arc suits are getting redundant for the types or... nonsense like this.)

It went for the much more innocent....."Return the Favor Soon" sync beam. I'm sure there is absolutely no way that could be seen otherwise.........

In all seriousness though this is a pretty good way to have another physical fairy type. It does take some creativity given how limited those can be in the main games and Sylveon's shiny is one I like. Probably won't pull for it when it comes through but I may change my mind.

I doubt he'll do that much in game but I maybe could see him get something like a trainer lodge sync pair or a variety scout at some point. But probably not that much more.

Grimesley's trainer lodge is Honchkrow https://www.serebii.net/pokemonmasters/syncpairs/grimsley.shtml and as trainer lodge use their original outfit his pairing with Honchkrow and his original outfit matches colour wise which is fun. The pair itself doesn't seem that remarkable at first glance but i'll probably end up getting at some point once I run out of pairs for specific roles and I'm willing to acknowledge I may have overlooked something

Yeah they clearly knew what they were doing with those names. But if you're going to have themed events it makes sense to go a bit all in. As for the ARC suits, I was Ok with them but considering they are just using the same pairs they've often used before its less fun. Some pairs are better than others.

What we need now is:
Sun/Moim Grimmsley with Mega Absol Z.

I would also love Unova E4 with Hisuian Pokemon:

Caitlin with Hisuain Braviary
Marshall with Hisuain Lilligant
Shauntal with Hisuian Zoroark
Alder with Basculegion

Make them receiving those from Ingo who returned

If they were to add Hisuian forms or pokemon from Hisui for the Unova Elite 4 in these games they could go for Iris instead of Alder as a special league. She could get Hisuian Goodra in that context. If it was alder Basculegion or Wydeer could make sense. Though only if they choose to add those which they might not. Would be fun though.

I've been doing a bit more battle tower recently. Haven't got particularly far but it is making it easier to see the gaps I have when it comes to sync pairs. Unlocked Gladion and Golbat today so I had a different option as a poison support and have started the process for Hilda and Mienfoo (as I don't have that many fighting supports either) and will complete that unless some new pair is added that takes priority.

Given how big of a role a certain character makes in the palentines story. I suspect they might be added soon. I know not every NPC can be obtained (even ones like Brandon and Faba) but this one seems like the sort they would add. Put in spoiler tabs for those who want to do the story themselves

Katy the Paldea Gym leader has a role. While she doesn't show any Pokemon there are a few to choose from. Personally I think it would be good to have spidops (given it probably would work better in these games than the main games) though Lokix or Bug Tera Ursaring could also work.

With the Gym tickets offering scout group A, B and C instead of a new group i'll have to go through and see which is the most useful and what I don't have. Gym B seems to be cheaper atm but I forget which pairs from the gym scout I already have. Still will be useful to have that choice.
