I find it very amusing that I keep getting the 99th post (excluding the main post).

Name: Randall Wayward
Gender: Male
Age: 18
Faction: Mew's Crusaders
Pokémon: Larvitar
Description: He looks like any other normal Larvitar found in the wild, except for the fact that his black marks below his eyes are longer.
Personality: Most of the time, he's depressed about him and his sad life. Rarely even smiling, he isn't one to laugh at jokes and instead choose to be serious about the situation. However, as he was given a new body to utilize during his arrival at Kokoro, he got happier by having a pair of usable legs again.
History: During his childhood days, he was like any other kid. A somewhat perfect family. Friends that kindly help out each other. A simple yet comfortable life. To him, everything was perfect... until the day nine years ago.
That very day, his mother was driving his family consisting of his father, mother, his little sister, his older brother, and Randall himself back from Randall's own birthday party. Randall and his siblings were fast asleep after a tiring party. On the car, his father failed to find that present they had wrapped for him, a very special present that Randall had been wanting for years - the game console called Game Boy Advance, GBA for short. During those days, the game console that people of the present would deem something out of trend, was still as popular as ever. She wanted to give him the present as a little extra surprise. Not wanting to bother his slumbering kids, he called his wife's help, who agreed even though she knew it would be dangerous to not put one's focus on the road while driving. And the pitch black night, lit only by the faint lights of signs, made it worse.
They searched the whole car for it, his mother only restricted to searching in the front seats of the car. His father even resorted to climbing to the back search for it at the back of the family's SUV. At long last, he found the little box, calling out to his wife to inform her he found it. She turned around to face him, and called him back to the front seat. A truck's bleeping horns surprised Randall's mother, frozen in fear for her life. Fortunately, his father interrupted in time, steering the wheels and swiftly avoiding the incoming truck.
But for the cliff, they never saw it coming.
The vehicle crashed through the guardrails at the roadside, then lurched downwards to impending doom. The couple's screaming woken up Randall and his siblings, each joined the scream as they found out they're going to die in a matter of seconds.
Randall never was able to recalled what happened later. He only knew there was a loud and sickening crunching sound, then darkness. Everything fell into darkness. He fainted as well.
He wasn't surprised to find himself in a hospital when he woke up. He was educated about hospitals and their uses, but he never was told about what happened if things go wrong. He had to learn through experience itself - the experience of watching his mother's unmoving body being taken out of the operation room, as well as his sister's. His father had lost his right hand, but his mental self got it worse. His brother didn't had much injuries either. But for him, he was a pair of legs short.
Being disabled, he had to adapt to life without his feet. He became a shadow of his former cheerful self, depressed over the deaths of part of his family.
His father's mental being was twisted, yet not to an extent of being able to be called insane, thus he was fired from his company, now resorting to being a humble hawker.. His brother didn't take it well either.
As days passed, his father and brother became more convinced that Randall was the origin of that whole incident. If not for his birthday party, they would have been safe, a family still intact. They tormented him with this fact, and his father beat him to no end with his only arm left to let loose of his suppressed anger. Slowly, Randall himself started to think himself as the reasons of his mother and sister's death, blaming himself on that. He lived his life under such conditions ever since. That was, until he was chosen by Mew to be a savior of Kokoro.
Other: N/A
P.S.: Don't ask me why Randall's father can climb to be back of the SUV without bothering them. Just don't.
Name: Karla Frostum (frost 'em!)
Gender: Female
Age: 98
Faction: Resident, Ex-Adamant Swarm
Pokémon: Froslass
Description: Just like yet any other Froslass, but blind.
Personality: Although she retains part of her cold attitude of her younger self, she has changed to be much sweeter of a person. When the plague begun to take its toll on the town of Turova, she would let the starving or disabled residents live in her house and let them keep warm by the fire, even though she despises the heat.
History: In her younger days, she used to be a member of the Adamant Swarm, until Vrax came along and killed her former leader. From that day onwards, she chose to leave the Swarm and went back to her hometown Turova and lived there quietly for years. During her years there, she was well accepted into the little town even though she was ignorant to their care in the first few weeks. When she got older, the kids like to call her Grandma Karla, which she prefers others younger than her to call her nowadays. As a frail Pokemon due to her old age, she was one of the earliest victims to the plague and lost her ability to see. Still, she hung on to dear life and managed to live through her sickness. Ever since the incident, she hired Garrent as her butler to help her, and managed to pass her days, using her sense of hearing as a replacement to her lost of sight.
Other: N/A
Name: Garrent
Gender: Genderless (but prefers to be called a 'he')
Age: 67 (or is it...?)
Faction: Resident
Pokémon: Golurk
Description: He bears the appearance similar to any of his species, and without any special traits. He doesn't tell others of his surname -or maybe he just doesn't have one-, however.
Personality: A mysterious Pokemon. As an unusually quiet Pokemon, he rarely speaks. Even so, he would speak in short and simple lines. Most of the time, he'll just follow Karla's orders and execute it perfectly without complains.
History: He never did reveal his past to any one, and never even spoke about a small part of it. It is only know that he was hired by Karla to be her butler a few years ago after she got blind, and worked for her ever since. As a Pokemon not entirely organic, he didn't caught any disease from the plague. Says that his age is 67.
Other: He's lying about his age. Really.
Name: Marcus Rollington
Gender: Male
Age: 12
Faction: Roaring Thunder
Pokémon: Sandslash
Description: He isn't any special either, except his claws are much more worn out, some even broken.
Personality: Stubborn and stupid, he rushes into battle as long as his anger or instincts guides him. His ego inflated by the false victory over the Rhyperior made it worse. His brain usually fails him when it comes to either deep thinking or strategy weaving. As for revenge, he was one to keep it deeply and would do anything to achieve his revenge.
History: Born within the clan of Roaring Thunder, Marcus lived under the same conditions like any Pokemon with the similar situation. But when he grew older, he grew arrogant, even to the extent of wanting the leadership of the Roaring Thunder clan as his own. Still, he was too weak to challenge the higher rankings in the clan, easily losing to them in just a blow. Thus, he was laughed at for his species' traits that are significantly weaker than other stronger kind of Pokemon, even when he was fully evolved. A particular Rhyperior was the one to spark Marcus' anger by defeating him in one blow and throwing him into a nearby well after tying up the fainted Sandslash, making him the laughing stock of many. Marcus would have been drowned to death, if not for the citizens that pitied him helping him up. This was the limit of his anger. Boldly facing the similar Rhyperior from before in Tanrock, he fought him once again, nearly losing but successfully trapping him in the quicksand of Ondago Desert after bringing the fight to the aforementioned place. The Rhyperior never got out. Although it wasn't really won in a fair way, he took it as a personal victory, and it boosted his ego. He took it as far as to fighting his own chief, Scarmin, who simply bought him down by a ferocious roar which sent him crashing into a wall. This hurt his pride badly. Cursing at the wind, he swore to leave the clan to train personally, that and he'll bring down Scarmin with his own hands. Soon, he left without a word. However, Scarmin took it as a little training trip for him to grow up and learn, and never did took Marcus' name off the list of Roaring Thunder's members.
Other: He never got the chance to utilize the Cyan Energy, despite being fully evolved and meeting the requirements to do so.

Two of the above characters wouldn't be used throughout the whole story, but they are still quite important, actually. As I once heard, if we made profiles for characters even when they aren't entirely important to the plot, we can still interpret them better personality-wise during the story. I've got a few issues with how my characters should act to the situation before, so I'm sticking to this rule.
Some of you would be weirded out by my use of a character quite old, but it's because ghosts can live much longer, or maybe because it's just me being me.
P.S.: As I would want my characters to pit into the plot perfectly, I'll have to read the entire story before deciding which is which.
And say, could you at least tell me that if every human bases was activated and ready to take on the Scourge even before pg15, will there be a timeskip? And during the Scourge's invasion with all equipment needed prepared for war, will we get to continue at that part of the war or will we win by default?
