Sepra

His heart was beating rapidly and his stomach was tied in knots. He was closing his eyes as she did too. He felt their mouths connect in that kiss. The knot in his stomach disappeared as soon as the kiss connected. Time seemed to slow down for him. To him it felt like an eternity before they pulled away to take a much needed breath. He felt even happier than before. He definitely had a blush on his cheek, but he was grinning. In his books, he already felt like he had won everything. He definitely wanted to wait till the last moment before they had to go with their respective trainers to sleep. He returned the discreet kiss with Cricket when they had to leave each other. A part of him felt a bit empty, as he wouldn’t be able to sleep with Cricket. He turned to see Kris kneeling down in front of him and he asked, “Are you feeling better Sepra? You did seem out of it earlier today.” Sepra gave a goofy grin and said yes which sounded like, “Gla-glaceon.” He was cheerful and his tail was wagging happily.

Kris seemed to be satisfied with the answer and said, “Alright now, don’t get too excited, get some rest will you?” Sepra was returned to his pokeball where all he could think of was the moment he could get back with Cricket. It felt like a part of him didn’t exist if Cricket wasn’t there, he mused.

OOC: Is it me or did quite a few go MIA. I know that Kuriboh361 and GolemGuy are not keeping up with the pace the RPG seems to be moving at. I kinda wonder if they're active on the forums or not.

~ Jolt the Minun: Trainer- Kris ~

~ Heart Blimp ~

While the majority of the other Pokemon loyally walked into the cabin, Jolt hadn’t set a paw in it. Instead, he roamed the rest of the blimp. There wasn’t much to it. There was the cockpit and a storage area, but besides that, not much else. Along one hall, there was an open window. Jolt hopped onto his back legs and stuck his head out. The air was a little thin, but the weather was beautiful. The sun was warm and a cool breeze followed the blimp. Altaria were lazily flying by. Suddenly, a black blur flew past the window. Jolt fell back in surprise. Back at the window, he saw that a Taillow was the one who frightened him. He gave a smile like a father would to his playful child and hopped down from the window. He curled up cozily and took a nap.

~ Jubilife City ~

Upon waking up from his nap, Jolt had snuck back to the cabin and sat beside Kris for a while. After that, the trip was short. They landed in the big city of Sinnoh, Jubilife. The two kids checked into a room at the Pokemon Center and decided to take everyone sight-seeing right after. First stop was the Poketch Company. After receiving many free apps, they strolled towards the Pokemon Trainers School. In one quick moment, everything went bad…

Cricket was attacked by a native Murkrow and hurt severely. Sepra had jumped to the occasion and nearly destroyed the black bird. Auri, a Lopunny, was able to calm him down while Cricket recovered. Jolt made sure Kris and Alli understood what was happening

“MI-mi minun!” ((Hello! Your Pokemon are being attacked!)) He ran ahead of the trainers and glanced at the two love birds. They looked okay, a bit silly, but okay. He guarded the Murkrow while the humans took care of things.

“Auri, bring him with us,” Kris told his Lopunny. She joined Jolt and picked up the bird. Then they all headed back to the Pokemon Center.

~ Kris’ Room ~

Jolt sat at the edge of the top bunk, feinting disinterest. Sepra and Cricket were obviously in love, but the two of them just couldn’t see it. Jolt had an ear turned towards the girls on the bottom bunk while he sat up top with the boys.

“Lee leafee?” ((Can I tell you guys a secret?)) he heard cricket say. Well I wonder what that could be, he thought sarcastically. The boys were discussing the same thing.

“Ai, ai-pom pom aipom…” ((Love is fleeting. And if you're that interested in her…)) Aipom was saying. Jolt rolled his eyes at this nonsense and jumped to the floor. He lay down on the carpet under the desk and sighed. Can’t they see they love each other? It shouldn’t matter what happens if they really care about each other. Just like family, you learn to forgive each other for your mistakes… He began to think about Mira again.

She was his true family and being away from her torn his heart. She knew everything about him and he knew all about her. They had struggled through their problems and mistakes together. Jolt glanced at Alli, Kris, and their Pokemon. He couldn’t imagine they were anything like Mira. She was just so loving and personal. With a big group led by two kids, he wasn’t sure he could have the same type of relationship with them as he had with Mira. And he didn’t want anything less.

“Ok gang let’s get some grub!” Kris’ call broke Jolt out of his thoughts. He stretched and stood up, following Kris out the door, wondering if he would ever see Mira again.

~ The Television Station ~

They had the chance to finish their sightseeing and even shop a bit. By now it was getting dark and back at the Pokemon Center, the Nurse Joy told them about a fireworks show at the TV Station. Thanks to Alli’s father, they got a great spot on the roof.

Jolt picked a pot beside the large Tropius Mokele. He was starting to think about Mira again. Eyes closed, he could faintly see the colors go off, but the explosions remained loud and clear. It’s like I know you’re still with me, but I’m afraid to connect with these guys. I’m afraid I’ll forget about you…

Looking back to his trainer, he spotted Cricket and Sepra kissing. His heart fluttered with joy. Finally! They’re going to be so much happier… Auri, who was sitting atop Mokele, burst out into laughter. Jolt opened his eyes and looked up at her, smiling. Remilia was sitting beside Evgeni and the two seemed happy together. This family was all wrapped up in strange relationships. Maybe this family isn’t so bad...

~Melody the Clefairy, Certified Chatterbox and Kleptomaniac~

Melody wasn't really into what was going on around her for the next 3 hours, cueing much worry from everybody around her. She had zoned out due to the overpowering, drug-like qualities of her Poffins, and ended up falling over several times. She hadn't really noticed, having been transfixed by the shiny shiny antennae of the radio station.

Coming to, she realized that there appeared to be some sort of couples' night, going on- Cricket and Sepra, Remilia and Evgeni... She sighed and picked a flower from the seemingly random hammerspace that she seemed to have stashed away somewhere. She felt so lonely sometimes, but she had her girlgang... even if two members of said girlgang were likely to have fallen head over heels for somebody else.

Auri began giggling, and almost without thinking, Melody burst into laughter as well, causing everybody to stare. She rolled onto her back, and kept on laughing.

-Mokele-

<"Wow...">

Mokele was amazed by the magnificent display of fireworks which plastered the sky with all sorts of different hues of purple and red. His eyes were widened in awe and his mouth agape. He was absolutely mesmerized by the magical display of lights. He grinned as the viridian and vermilion fireworks took over, making the sky become colored just like him.

<"This is just too cool, Anubis. The lights and stuff.>" A rumble in his stomach was quickly followed by a massive burp, sending Anubis flying forward. Luckily, Mokele managed to catch the fella with his mouth before he collided roughly with the ground.

<"Sthawry ahbouth thadt",> he managed to say, albeit extremly butchered due to the furball in his maw. Anubis simply glared at the Tropius and wiped off the drool as he clambered onto Mokele's bark-like head. Mokele's eyes glanced towards the lovey dovey couples. He let out a sigh, one of happiness as he saw the others so in love.

<"Ain't that just the sweetest thing, Anubis? Looooove.>" Mokele awaited a response, munching on one of his delicious and addicting fruits.

Evgeni

Evgeni continued to pace around the room, everybody had left put him, Sepra, and Cricket, at least he thought so, Remilia was hiding underneath a chair, though Evgeni didn't notice. He heard a bump behind him, but shrugged it off, he probably hit something without realizing it. He gave a quick glance at Sepra and Cricket before continuing to walk around.

~Later~

Evgeni and the rest of the group found themselves touring Jubilife City, it really was a good looking city, but Evgeni still wanted to be out in the wild. They came across an All You Can Eat Buffet, which Evgeni ate quite a bit at, having missed Lunch, and being starved. Evgeni found Remilia by him for most of the day, he must of been doing a poor job in hiding his anger, because she seemed to be trying to be cheering him up. After dinner the group found themselves on top of a TV Station, watching fireworks. He glanced over at Remilia, sitting next to him again, watching the fireworks, he looked back at the fireworks, when he heard Remilia quickly say, "I like you."

Evgeni looked over at her, did she mean as a friend, or, "like like"? He figured she meant as a friend, because he hadn't known any of the Pokemon here for long. Yeah, that must be it, "Well, yeah, I like you too." He looked back at the other Pokemon, "I mean, I like everybody here, ain't no reason for me to not like somebody..." He started to say, completely oblivious to what Remilia meant.

~Cricket~

A pull suddenly brought Cricket out of her pokeball into the room of the poke center. Last night had been so magical, she still wasn’t sure if it were real. She stretched and looked around the room; it looked identical to Kris’s room except the carpet was pink, and a lot softer. Alli let the other pokémon out of their pokeballs greeted them with a cheery good morning, and placed bowls of Poke chow in front of each of them. As they were eating Alli sat down on her bed. Cricket quickly ate her breakfast eager to see Sepra again. When she was done, which was in about a minute or so, she went over to Alli and asked, <”Can I go out now?”> Which translated sounded like “Leafeon Leaf?” Alli seemed to understand and said, “Wait till the other are done Cricket, then you can go.” Cricket glanced up at the clock: 9:13, Alli had let them sleep in.

In five minutes everyone else had finished and they group headed out to the lobby. Cricket ran over to Sepra as soon as she saw him. She rubbed up against him and purred, <”Good morning.”> As Alli and Kris Sat down to their breakfast, their pokémon sat around talking and playing. Sepra and Cricket sat together on a bench nearby, watching the other pokémon like a mother and father would watch their kids, and talked about everything.

At 9:30 the kids, gathered the pokémon and headed outside, to the fenced practice fields behind the Center. “Ok guys we have to practice for the contest tomorrow. Cricket you’ll perform during the Appeal round. Evgeni you will be the in the Battle round. Kris, can you, Sepra, and Jolt work with Evgeni, while I perfect Cricket’s routine?”

“Sure, come on guys; let’s see what Evgeni can do.” Kris headed over to the neighboring Field with Evgeni, Sepra, and Jolt in tow. As they began to practice, the other pokémon picked a field and watch the practicing unfold before them. Cricket was sad she wouldn’t get to perform for Sepra, but Alli was counting on her, and she couldn’t let her down. Sepra would have to wait. She turned back to Alli and waited for her command.

Aipom

Aipom dashed through the trees of the warm forest, picking off berries as he went and munching them as his tail grappled and swang from branch to branch. A delightful wind ruffled his fur, and life was-

WHOOSH!

As Aipom was called out of his Pokeball, his carefree smile disintegrated into a soulless frown. He sat down, sighing. The fake mental world designed for him in the Pokeball was much more preferable to real life with perky and peppy Alli. He sat down, picking at his food one bit at a time with his tail hand and popping them into his mouth. At least real life food is tasty.

In the hall, while Alli and Kris ate breakfast, Aipom observed the others from a distance. Hm. When they went outside, Aipom laid down in the field next to the other Pokemon that weren't training. He didn't feel like watching the contest squads practice, and just watching the sky was boring, so why not practice with somebody else? He sat up. "Anybody want to have a battle, if they're bored?"

Sepra

Morning came all too quickly for him. He felt the pull on the pokeball again and he groaned. He wanted to sleep in. He heard a chuckle and saw Kris laughing at him. He looked down at himself and immediately noticed that his fur was messed up pretty badly. Did he really toss and turn when he slept last night, he wondered. He started grooming his fur into place much to the amusement of Kris. Thankfully, Kris went and released the others and started fixing their breakfast. Yeah, so what if he groomed himself. He normally did it in his pokeball where no one would be able to make fun of him. He sighed inwardly. He wouldn’t be able to convince his team mates that it was a part of simply maintaining looks.

He was distracted at the smell of food. He had finished grooming himself so he welcomed the distraction and ate quickly. He wanted to go see Cricket as soon as possible. It was hard for him to think about anything else without her around. He was done within a few minutes and he pawed the door, letting a whine escape from him. Kris chuckled at the display and said, “Sepra, you should wait for the rest of the pokemon to finish eating. We’ll leave when they’re finished eating.”

His ears drooped upon that statement, but he did stop pawing at the door and stopped whining. Sometime later, they were all outside with Alli. The first thing he did was to find Cricket and then stay at her side for as long as possible. He was spared looking for her as she bounded over to him and began rubbing against him, purring. He smiled and softly licked her ear as she rubbed against him. Unfortunately their trainers had something else planned in mind and he was dismayed that he wouldn’t be able to practice with Cricket.

He was paired up with Jolt and Evgeni who seemed to be smirking at him. He paled suddenly as he remembered that Evgeni offered to spar against him. There was no way he’d be able to beat him in terms of power and speed. He knew that he lacked quite badly in those two areas so there would hardly be a chance of him winning. He got into his battle pose along with Jolt. Obviously, it was going to be him and Jolt versus Evgeni. He forgot that this was supposed to be a practice and not a real match. He waited for the commands to come out from Kris’s mouth as Evgeni seemed to be staring daggers at him. He didn’t know what he did to make him mad, but it had to be something in his depression that caused it.

OOC: It is also another option to accept two more people in the sign-ups and they're caught later in the RPG, while simultaneously releasing the players who is way too inactive. I think it's better that way rather than having someone controlling two pokemon.

~Anubis~

During the evening

After the group had went to lunch the group went for a bit of sightseeing around the city. This time it was not interupted by Sepra almost killing a Murkrow so Anubis was able to enjoy this trip a lot more. After a while everyone went to an all you can eat buffet however Anubis couldn't eat a lot due to his small size causing him to get full up quickly.

After that the group went back to the Pokécenter where they were staying and they were informed of a fireworks show being hosted at the jubilife TV station. Thanks to Alli's fathers influence the group was able to get a spot to watch the fireworks on the roof of the TV station.

Anubis found himself watching the fireworks from the top of Mokele's head. Mokele didn't seem to have a problem with this, and seemed to be talking to Anubis a lot as well, however a lot of the time Anubis didn't notice because he was so mesmerised by the fireworks and all the colours they made against the night sky. Suddenly this was interupted by Mokele letting out a large burp, sending Anubis catapaulting off of Mokele's head. However all of a sudden Anubis found the sights around him going from lots of bright lights to complete darkness as he found himself being caught inside Mokele's mouth.He didn't know whether he should be thankful that Mokele prevented him from hitting the ground, annoyed that Mokele probably could've caught him in a way that didn't involve Anubis getting covered in saliva or scared that Mokele could accidentally swallow him. <"Sthawry ahbouth thadt",> Anubis heard Mokele say as he opened his mouth to let Anubis out. Anubis simply stared at him with a half annoyed and half scared look on his face while wiping some of the saliva off of his fur with his paws and then rubbed his paws against the ground. <"I'm going to need a long bath after this"> Anubis thought to himself as he climbed back onto Mokele's head, not considering the fact that the same situation could happen again. Anubis then went back to watching the fireworks display, again, being completely distracted from everything else, including some things that Mokele said to him afterwards.

The next day

Anubis suddenly awoke as he was taken out of his Pokéball and into Alli's room. He let out a small yawn and stretched his arms as he looked around noticing this room had very little differences to the room he was in yesterday, except for the carpet being a different colour and being a bit softer. Alli greeted the Pokémon with a cheery good morning and placed some Pokéchow in front of each of them. Anubis ate all of his Pokéchow in a couple of minutes and then went into the bathroom to give himself a quick wash while he waited for everyone else to finish their food. When everyone else did finish their food the group went out in the lobby to meet up with Kris and her Pokémon. While Alli and Kris had their breakfast the Pokémon started talking to each other and some played with each other as well, Anubis joined in with them until Alli and Kris were done.

The group then went out to a field behind the Pokémon center. Alli then said who would be doing what in the upcoming contest and then Anubis suddenly remembered that he wasn't going to be in the contest. He then got the feelings of dissapointment he had from yesterday again and then walked off to the other field with the Pokémon who weren't taking part in the practice. He then sat down, not watching the practice as it would make him feel even worse about not getting into the contest. He remained still for a few minutes until he heard Alli's Aipom say "Anybody want to have a battle, if they're bored?" <"If I win this fight maybe I'll be able to prove to Alli that I will be worth using in the next contest...if she sees me that is"> Anubis thought to himself. He then sprang up saying <"I'll battle you!"> to the Aipom.

Aipom

The Riolu? This was sure to be an interesting fight. Fighting attacks were Aipom's weakness, and would definitely put him at a disadvantage. Now, let's see. Anubis, hm? A real kiddish and fun loving Pokemon, and also easily distracted. Now how to exploit that... Aipom took his side of the field. "Ready?" He called out to Anubis.

"Start!" Aipom yelled. He immediately began dashing foward, swinging his tail back and forth in front of him, and released golden Swift stars toward Anubis. Then, coiling his tail, Aipom leapt and bounced up, using his coiled tail as a spring. He continued to sail up and up, past the treetops, and then began his fast descent down, tail first. The flying type Bounce technique should be supereffective against Anubis's Fighting typing, Aipom thought.

~Anubis~

Anubis looked down to see if he was wearing the red and yellow sash he was given by his old trainer. He didn't know why, but it always prevented him from going down in one hit in battles. Thankfully it was there so he had a chance of winning the fight. He then looked back up at Aipom as he heard him yell "Ready? Start!" The Aipom started the fight by dashing at Anubis while shooting star shaped projectiles towards him. Anubis jumped over them and watched them fly into the distance to make sure they wouldn't do something odd like fly back at him. However he didn't notice that the Aipom had jumped up into the air and struck him from behind. Anubis was sent flying backward by the attack and landed face down. Anubis then slowly got up, glaring at the Aipom. <"That was a bit of a cheap shot wasn't it?"> Anubis said with pauses between each word. He danced around on the spot which caused several swords made of light appear around him. They spun around and then dissapeared, causing Anubis' attacks from that point to be stronger. A light blue aura then surrounded Anubis, which was large because he was near to the point of fainting, as he charged at Aipom getting ready to tackle him.

OOC: The sash is a focus sash for those who are wondering. Also the attack that he is trying to do the Aipom is reversal.

Aipom

His plan had worked perfectly, more or less. Anubis did get distracted by the Swift, though it hadn't managed to strike him. Aipom connected with the Riolu's back and bounced off, plowing Anubis into the ground. When he arose, he initiated a Swords Dance. Swords Dance, that boosts physical attack, which likely means he's going to attempt a fighting-type attack! Aipom's fears were confirmed as Anubis charged Aipom with a blue aura. Even with the knowledge beforehand of the Riolu's plan, the distance between the two was too short and Anubis's speed was surprising, so Anubis rammed into Aipom, dealing a powerful supereffective hit. Aipom got up, and wiped some dirt off of his mouth. "That hurt." Aipom leapt forward, as if to strike quickly, but instead wiggled his arms and tail-arm against Anubis's body, tickling him to lower his physical attack and defense. He followed up with a not very effective but still useful Double Hit, striking both of Anubis's legs to sweep him off of his feet and give him something to grimace about.

~Anubis~

Anubis' attack had worked as he tackled the Aipom, knocking the Aipom straight into the ground. Then, much to Anubis' surprise the Aipom got up, wiped the dirt off of his mouth and said "That hurt." Anubis was extremely surprised as he was only able to take the Aipom's attack and not faint because of his sash, and yet Aipom was able to take his fighting attack, which was extremely powerful because he was just about to faint, and not go down to it. The Aipom then lunged towards Anubis and started tickling him to try and lower his abilities. Anubis laughed a bit during the process and because of that he wasn't aware that the Aipom used double hit on each of his legs, causing him to fall backwards and fall to the ground. After that Anubis got up slowly, he didn't have much energy left at all and felt like he could faint at any second. <"Well if I'm going to lose I might has well try to make him go down with me,"> Anubis thought to himself, he then used the last of his energy to try and use earthquake, however it only caused a minor shake in the ground and caused a short but slightly deep crack in the ground to appear in front of him which wasn't long enough to reach Aipom. Anubis' eyes then shut as he fell down unconcious just in front of the hole.

~ Jolt the Minun: Trainer- Kris ~

The rest of the night was a blur. After the show, Kris and Alli went to their respective rooms and everyone went to sleep. Jolt remembered having some bizarre dreams. He was on a ship during a storm, standing in the middle by the main mast. Mira stood in the crow’s nest, looking down at him and smiling. All around him, Kris and his Pokemon were running about making sure the ship didn’t get lost in the storm. Jolt felt very stressed and he began breathing heavily. Suddenly, he was pulled from his dream as he was released from his Pokeball.

“Rise and shine!” Kris said cheerily. Jolt grumbled something and jumped onto the bed, waiting for breakfast. Kris opened a few cans for them and placed the food at the end of the bed. He sat at the desk with a book. Jolt munched on his Pokechow and looked at him. Kris was young and energetic. He was determined, and a bit hot headed. He was similar to Mira in many ways. Jolt stopped eating, feeling very confused. He got back on the bed and waited.

After everyone was done eating, they met with Alli and her Pokemon in the lobby. Kris and Alli ate their breakfast and then they all went out back to practice. The Pokemon Center had many fenced in fields for trainers to hone their Pokemons skills. Alli took one for Cricket to practice for the Appeal Round of their Contest tomorrow. She asked Kris if he could help Evgeni train for the Battle Round using Sepra and Jolt.

“Come on guys, let’s see what Evgeni can do!” Kris led them to another field. Hmm… Good chance to get to know these guys a bit. Though I really doubt I’ll enjoy the way Kris trains. Mira’s technique is very unique and effective, but completely out of the ordinary. Oh STOP IT! Get your mind off of Mira and onto the battle at hand. Jolt huffed and focused on his opponent, eager to get some action.

“Mi mi…” ((He’s staring at you.)) Jolt whispered to Sepra. He had noticed the two of them talked about Cricket and something happened between them, but he wasn’t sure what it was. Maybe Evgeni liked Cricket too? Naw, can’t be that… But Jolt didn’t have time to think about it as Kris gave his first command.

~Cricket~

Just as Alli was about to give her first command, Aipom and Anubis started an unofficial battle. Alli turned to watch it. It was pretty entertaining, but in the end Anubis, after a fairly mild earthquake, fainted. Alli quickly rushed over to him and scooped him up in to her arms “Good try Anubis, come on, let’s get you all healed up. You to Aipom,” so the three quickly went back into the poke center. Cricket had some new found free-time on her hands so she went over to watch Kris, Evgeni, Sepra, and Jolt practice.

“Ok Evgeni ready?” Kris called out to an impatient Evgeni on the other side of the field. Evgeni nodded, and then went into a battle pose. Kris turned to Sepra and Jolt, beside him and said, “Ok Sepra use swift, then Jolt follow behind it using quick attack. As soon as you hit him, follow it up with a Thunderbolt.” Sepra and jolt nodded in agreement, then turned to face Evgeni, and also struck battle poses. “Ok Sepra now!”

Remilia

Evgeni had actually heard her quiet mutter, and he replied. "Yeah, I like you too," he began. But as he finished his sentence Remilia knew he was completely oblivious to the real reason, thinking she liked him as a friend.

The next morning, Remilia was sound asleep in her Pokeball till she started to somehow hear the outside world. She could hear the sound of Alli's voice, telling Cricket to do something, and telling Evgeni to do something else. She pushed a button and out of the Pokeball she went. Aipom and Anubis were having a battle, and in the end, Anubis had lost. She had thought he did pretty well, though.

Then Remilia realized something. If she was gonna look like a sleepy glutton, she would never be more than an alternate. So she asked, "Erm, anyone wanna battle?" obviously copying Aipom. She was bored, too, so there was no other choice.

OOC: Going on the idea of releasing in-active Pokemon. Could possible trades happen between the trainers? Because both of the inactives are Pokemon Kris uses, which would leave him with 4 while Alli had 6.

Evgeni

As Evgeni woke up in the morning, he was instantly excited, he was going to train today, which meant a fight, and he loved fights. He was certainly in a better mood than yesterday, but still wanted to knock a little bit of sense into Sepra, that's all he needed, a good bout with him, then he'd be fine. Evgeni found himself sleeping until 9:30, when Alli and Kris took them outside behind the Pokemon Center.

“Ok guys we have to practice for the contest tomorrow. Cricket you’ll perform during the Appeal round. Evgeni you will be the in the Battle round. Kris, can you, Sepra, and Jolt work with Evgeni, while I perfect Cricket’s routine?” Alli said, Evgeni could barely contain himself, not only was it confirmed he was in the battle round, but he was going to get to train against Sepra. He was getting that fight he had wanted so badly. He quickly glanced over at Jolt, though. How did this Pokemon fight? Sepra was the only one of Kris's pokemon he really knew, it was going to be interested to fight him.

“Sure, come on guys; let’s see what Evgeni can do.” Kris said, leading him, Sepra and Jolt to a separate part of the field. Evgeni was grinning, he was going to give it all to impress Kris, he loved to show off. The Pokemon around him watched, eager to see this scrap, he imagined. Though it seemed Aipom and Anubis started to go at it.

The moment the battle began, Evgeni started to use Agility, moving around quickly, pumping himself up, getting faster. This was going to be key if he was going to take them both on at the same time, being faster. He was quickly hit with Quick Attack from Sepra, and Swift from Jolt, respectively, he cringed, "Worth it." He said through gritted teeth, looking over at Sepra. He completely forgot of Jolt's existence right there and then, for the time being, he was going to take down Sepra and knock some sense into him, that would surely help him, right?

OOC: ahahahahahaha, you have the moves messed up, Sepra is doing swift and Jolt is using quick attack. And rawr, I hope you didn't mind the fact that it took only two ineffective hits for my character to be beaten.

Sepra

As soon as the battle started, he fired swift from his mouth, to which he had no clue how it functioned. He smirked as swift managed to hit Evgeni and quick attack from Jolt landed soon after. He saw him cring and then saw his eyes gleam as he turned and faced Sepra with a face that he paled at the sight of. He nervously backed away and gulped as Evgeni soon disappeared and reappeared in front of him with a smirk on his face. He soon was smacked real hard in the head by something real cold, sending him tumbling hard on the ground. His head was really hurting and things were spinning around. He groaned as he stood up, shaking quite badly from being disoriented. Things were definitely going to go south, he heard the command from Kris and he fired an icy wind all around him. He forgot that Jolt was nearby as he hit both of them since he fired in all directions as he couldn’t see out of his spinning vision.

His vision stopped spinning and he saw that he wasn’t going to win with ice techniques as it didn’t bother Evgeni at all. He saw him disappear again and then out of anticipation he flung his tail to knock him off balance, not noticing his tail glowing and then disappearing in the process. His aim was off and he completely missed him, stumbling off balance. His face paled as he saw Evgeni look right up at him with a pale blue aura on his fist. He let out a scream before he was hit in the head again and instead of tumbling like he did last time, he somehow was frozen in place. He couldn’t struggle to get out as he fainted right after the hit. Although he could say that his frozen position was definitely not a position to stay in for long periods of time.

OOC2: Just fyi, he's frozen in midair with a shocked expression written on his face with pain (obviously.) His body is curled into a ball due to the amount of pain that went through him before he fainted.

OOC3: My idea on the 2 pretty much gone characters would simply for Kris to capture two more and sending the 2 afk players to the mansion. which would mean re-accepting applicants.

~Anubis~

Anubis suddenly found himself awaking in the Pokécenter after the battle. He sighed in dissapointment as he got up, realising that he had just lost in a battle to a type which he should be able to beat easily. <"If I keep losing like this I'll never be able to prove to Alli that I'm worth using...,"> Anubis said to himself quietly. He then walked up Alli, with the aura emitted to show that he was sad being let out so much that he looked like he was on fire, however he wasn't. When he got over to Alli he was making a constant effort to hide his face, partly because he felt like he wasn't good enough for Alli to look at and partly because he was embarrased that he was emmiting so much of his aura and didn't want anyone to see him. Anubis quickly looked around to see if Aipom was already there, which he didn't seem to be at the moment. He then sat down, still trying to cover his face, thinking of the possibility that he might not ever be used in a contest, basically meaning he was useless. He then sat waiting for Alli to go out of the Pokecenter because if he did try to do so by himself he would probably get lost in it.

~ Jolt the Minun: Trainer- Kris ~

Alright! Jolt was commanded to use Quick Attack. He immediately sprung to his feet and sprinted at the Sneasel. An array of golden stars flew over his head and hit Evgeni first. Then, before the dust could clear, Jolt slammed into him. Jolt prepared his Thunderbolt. In a flash, Evgeni had reached Sepra and used Ice Punch on his head. The Glaceon flew backwards and tumbled onto his back.

“Mi.” ((Drat.)) Jolt grumbled. He had Thunderbolt all ready to go, but now Evgeni was too far. Sepra got back up, even after that nasty hit, and instantly used Icy Wind. Jolt, who was running to join the fray, stopped as the bitter cold bit his skin. As Sepra ended the attack, Jolt had enough time to see him flail at Evgeni and get frozen by another Ice Punch.

Double drat!! His partner was frozen, but Evgeni had his guard down. Jolt smirked and launched his attack. The bolt of lightning hit dead on and the Sneasel was lifted an inch off the ground. As soon as that was over, Jolt used Thunder Wave and paralyzed Evgeni. He only had a few seconds to try and attack with Spark. Electricity began to store in his cheeks as he ran towards Evgeni.
