Pokémon Stat formulas..

I don't really know where else this topic would fit..if it doesn't belong here, please do whatever is needed with it. >>

Now, a friend and I are planning on making a Pokémon game, and we want to try and get the stats of each and every Pokémon as accurate to the games as we possibly can.

We really don't know how we could do this without running through all 386 Pokémon, leveling them up, and taking note of their stats as they level.

Is there any possible way to find a formula that works, and allows their stats to distribute through leveling the way they do in the game? Or maybe a chart that shows what their stats should be at certain levels (besides 100..) or something? I've searched and I can't find anything.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks. ^^;

I think stats have a continous growth (as a number), which would mean that Pokemon gain the same ammount of stats each level. You could get average stat growth per level by using simple, mathematical division.

The game uses some random numbers to determine this number though, which is what makes every Pokemon different in a way.

Apart from that, I can't help much... if you still can't figure it out and no one posts anything useful, try asking chaos, the owner of smogon.com. He scripted a part of the Netbattle program, so he should know better.

Search for it over google or something, I remember there are calculators for them. Doesn't Serebii.net have one? I remember they had one in the site.

I didn't really notice much difference in stats while lvling up my pokemons, mostly they come out the same. Think the only time that's different is the time you chose to evolve it, and also how many rare candies you used on them - Using rare candy surprising decrease the stats.

You ca also play the game, and lvl them once, and check the stats difference each time, do abit of research : )

Good Luck!
