    Just a notice, we recently discovered that someone got into a moderator account and started hard deleting a load of key and legacy threads...around 150 threads have been lost dating back to 2007 and some weeks ago so we can't roll the forums back.
    Luckily no personal data could be accessed by this moderator, and we've altered the permissions so hard deleting isn't possible in the future
    Sorry for any inconvenience with this and sorry for any lost posts.
  • Hi all. We had a couple of reports of people's signatures getting edited etc. in a bad way. You can rest assured this wasn't done by staff and nobody has compromised any of our databases.

    However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar passwords to elsewhere which has been accessed, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

    We always recommend using unique passwords, and two-factor authentication if you are able. Make sure you're as secure as possible

Not so bad, right? That's only 14 days, 336 hours, 20,160 minutes, 1,209,600 seconds...

I don't know if I can make it.

Don't think about it and you'll be fine. Me on the other hand, have to start hunting some money.

Just ordered a copy of Platinum hopefully arrives soon! Haven't played main Gen 4 since DP came out so fairly excited to experience Sinnoh again!

Speaking of Red I found my GBC game while cleaning the house... Ah nostlagia. My in game name in that game was the F word probably thought it was funny to do that lol.

An egg incubator of sorts was confirmed today in the Nintendo Minute, @7:10. The hot springs at Poke Pelago will function to speed up the hatching of eggs!

You missed out. Platinum is still my favorite pokemon game. SO much better than diamond and pearl. Can't wait. Only 2 more weeks ^^

Does it speed up the hatching process about the same amount that the Ability Flame Body does?
Even if that's the case, it still seems pretty useful.

What do you all think about the talks of Kalos or Sinnoh returning as a second region to explore? I've read a couple of articles talking about it, detailing why it might be possible. I'm all for it!

I'm coping by maxing out the potential ribbons on all my favourite pokemon before Sun/Moon and the pokebank update. So many Best Friend and Royal Gorgeous Ribbons to obtain....
But I have mastered everyone in Super Training. Did that first as I'm unsure if that ribbon will return in SM

Nope, don't think so. We might get Sinnoh remakes this generation, hopefully with Sinnoh forms, but I don't believe Sun and Moon will feature a second region. Kalos in particular is awfully far away from Alola (if we go by real life locations)

Just noise. Like so much other noise from previous pre-release periods, it'll fade when the games finally release in two weeks.

I don't see us going to Sinnoh in SM Post Game since I see those being possible remakes this gen. Kalos on the other hand I could see us going to since there are some unanswered questions from XY plot that would probably have been in the scrapped Z game that they could move into the SM Post Game considering we have some links already what with Zygarde, the strange souvenir, and the Sundial which supposedly has a counterpart Moondial.

Yes! That's what I'm thinking. There are some articles making good cases for the possibility of a return to Kalos. It's pure speculation at this point, but if it turns out to be true, how awesome would that be? I'm not gonna say I'm convinced, but I will say that it would be very welcomed by me if true.

That's fair. It would still be cool. Besides, when it was done in gen 2, Kanto still felt like a new adventure, so it can definitely be done in a fun way.
