If there's one thing i've noticed from the trailers and looking at these leaks, is that Hau is freaking everywhere. Seems GF finally decided to let a Rival be plot relevant again.

Leaker said they didn't get the opportunity to get one, and will wait until story is complete. Same with Crabrawler's evo.

It's also found on Second island. Most likely it's only obtained by fishing and he just hasn't been fishing or gotten a rod to fish yet.
