Pokémon TCG Face Off!

I didn't see any kind of face-off like this, so I wish to start one...

Every played the Pokémon TCGs? From the Base Set up to the EX Series, we will soon find out which is the best set and card every created!

New Rule: You can vote once per day per round now! The thing is, the basis is my timezone (GMT+8:00). So, let's do this for example, so you'll understand...
If it's around 11:59 AM in your time but 11:59 PM at my time, and voted at that time, you can vote again once it's 12 PM there, since it's basically 12 AM here.
In addition to that, since it might give off a confusion, I'll post in the hours before you can vote again. Yes, might be a bit easier, in this case.

The set/card who gets 10 votes wins the round OR if a day has passed and no one has voted, the set/card with the most number of votes wins the round by default. We shall be using Single-Elimination (if the Season is allowing Nominations) for this Face-Off.

The basis is the TCG Sets Released officially by Nintendo.

Now, the Pokémon TCG is split into 3 Generations: First Gen (which includes the base design and everything), Second Gen (which had E-Reader codes on the left side and bottom part) and Third Gen (which introduces Pokémon EX).

Now, you are allowed to Nominate on Seasons 4-9 and Seasons 13-15. Only 16 nominations of the said seasons in which you are allowed to nominate. The rest will be handled by me. So here are the Seasons for the Face-off!

What can the Helpers do?
1. Start the next round if the maximum no. of votes has been reached.
2. Warn people who are not following/remind them of the rules.
3. Ban members who can't follow the rules/been warned for 3 times.

I say Gym Heroes, I happened to think that set was the coolest thing ever when the commercial showed "Brock's Golem" and "Misty's Starmie"......
