I can agree with you there. majority of ppl's complaints is that the game, company, and devs aren't listening to their player base as if the feedbacks they've been sending aren't doing anything to improving the game, just simply do things on their own, and care about money. All I can say is that the ppl can't stand their lack of resolve. they don't care about their player and community base.
Here's where ppl's complaints stand and has not yet been resolved.
Matchmaking - This is extremely high in demand. people don't like to be paired with groups and play against them as if they're extremely coordinated even they're doing voice chats outside of the game (via discord). in casual matches, we've been dealing a lot of newbies lately as if they're beyond our skill and trainer levels also a lack of education and moderation since they've been not helping out the team. Ranked matches, people don't like to be dealing with lowest and highest ranked players and not to mention pay 2 win players and no lifers.
Unbalanced pokemon - It's true that new pokemon are overpowered after they're released. every time they buff or rebuff the existing pokemon, the other pokemon are getting diminishing returns and weaker with no chance to counter or hitting hard against these overpowered pokemon. the existing and older pokemon that are a strong enough doesn't deserve to be buffed regardless of their pick and win rates.
Holowear and Fashion Tickets - people are saying that these tickets are becoming far too useless if there's nothing to spend on. All these tickets are doing is sitting there, do nothing and just saying "spend me already!" and update the shop already.
Battle Pass cost and subscription changes - I have to agree with what other people are saying. the increased battle pass cost is just pretty much absurd. I'd say it's around $10 or more for the battle pass. Subscription changes, people stopped subscribing after change. Overall, they want the changes to be reverted back.
Loss of players from Belgium and netherlands region - People who are playing in these regions and paid for the in-game purchases will start to find that the closure will be a scam. I don't know what the chances are for them to be refunded.
Lootboxes - People wanted this removed and they take longer to open in terms of time wasted within the event. Rates are pretty absurd though.
Player reports - well 10 fair play points isn't enough to keep idle and disconnected players out of both casual and ranked matches even though these kinds of actions have been raising suspicious behavior(s) to both teams within the match knowing that they have been idling and disconnected during the match. Sometimes you have to trust your instincts and gut in reporting players for idling and disconnected in the match. Idle reports aren't accurate enough to report even though malicious idle reports isn't gonna be enough to report them. For the suspicious behavior part, Everybody within the match can look at the scoreboard knowing that the people who idled and disconnected haven't made any KOs and assists when they idle and disconnect knowing that one of the lanes may have a missing person or 2 and that seemed suspicious there.
Surrenders and no hopes of winning - people have to learn that there's no hopes of winning the match for them. when people want to surrender, they have to surrender as well. all they're doing is waste time within the match and feed people their win rates and performance points even when someone disconnects.
