Important: It seems I've filled the student quoda much quicker then expected. I'm going to start rating a bit stricter for any more trainer entrees, but it's still first come first serve to my discression. We do, however, need Professors!

Introduction
Hoenn has changed significantly in the past 17 years since Kyogre and Groudon had been put back to rest. The land had grown peaceful, trainers and co-ordinators alike fluorished and the likes of Team Magma--and Team Aqua--seem to have been completely disbanded and abolished.

Set quaintly amoungst the tall grass, winding rivers complete with cascading waterfulls, and small thickets of ancient trees of Route 119, sat the official "Pokémon University", home to over a thousand aspiring trainers between the ages of 11 and 17 who've come to the place to further their training along the path to Pokémon Mastery. The alumni have all been successful, and the professors, one of which were League Champion for three-years straight, World-Renowned.

It was home to rich little boys and girls whose parents paid their ways, and to truly diligent youth who've struggled their way to simply get along. It's home to quite a vast amount of people indeed.

Little do the people of Pokémon University know, however, that trouble brews to the East. On one of the isles along Route 123, an elder burly man named Archie has reformed his once notorious group of revolutionaries, Team Aqua, and in the deep caverns to the West, a wiry and gangly man with a lined face, Maxie, has countered his arch-nemesis, doing the same. Catastroph lies within the very walls of the school, where a mysterious, silent trainer appears with not an ounce of reputation, but accelerates immediately to the top of his class. What is the truth behind the darkly clad, new-arrival to Pokémon University, and what could the reformation of Aqua and Magma mean for the fate of Hoenn?



A layout of what is to come...
This specific roleplay will begin precisely when the mysterious, dark-clad trainer arrives at the school. No one knows immediately of the reformation of both Teams, but word will eventually reach the school. Once word does come, the school goes on an alert status--as one might do if there were a terrorist's threat. The students are gathered half-and-half into the arena and the cafeteria at that point, and restricted to those areas under strict surveylliance of the Professors (though it would be an interesting curve if a few students snuck out). There will be a week of this horrid treatment, while a plot will unfold with Professor Reivoir (the once Pokémon League Champion) and the registered students, resulting in an adventure half-way across Hoenn and a climactic final battle, Ooooh, Ahhh.

Character Requirements
All characters must be within the ages of 11 and 17. All characters must be Pokémon Trainers, though they may be aspiring Co-Ordinators forced to go to the University by their parents? If you wish for your character to be a trainer with a twist, just make it creative and interesting. All characters must be submitted with a team of six Pokémon, with a second list of four Pokémon that will be stored in the PC (though characters will have access to them only at limited times, which will be noted in RP). Please only list characters that you wish to go through the entire story, any who are only momentary and will not complete the process are considered Non-Player Characters. I will be playing Gabriel, the darkly clad new-arrival to the School, along with all NPCs (Archie, Maxie, Professor Reivoir). Characters may register as a Professor, though their acceptance will be at my discression, as they are expected to be a notch better then others. There are only four open positions for Professors, and it will be first come, first serve, of course at my discression. I'd suggest most people register as trainers, though, as they primarily make the story. Professors start with Pokémon within the level limit of 55, meaning the Pokémon in which they have can be as evolved and skilled as any Pokémon of level 55. Juniors (age 11-14) start with Pokémon within the level limit of 30, Pokémon evolved and as skilled as a level 30. Seniors (age 15-17) start with Pokémon within the level limit of 35, any Pokémon who's skill and evolution would be at Level 35. Of course, if one chooses to have a Level 35 Kirlia as opposed to a 35 Gardevoir, that is acceptable.

Physical Description: Gabriel is a gangly, lanky youth. He stands but five foot six and weighs only one-hundred pounds, his limbs frail and stature thin. His hair is worn shaggy, whispy in texture and naturally blonde, bangs tickling his narrow arched brows supported above intense dark blue eyes. He generally wears a black hoodie, which fits his tiny frame well, hood pulled up to shadow his face, and a pair of jean shorts with sneakers.
History: (History as Gabriel knows it, at least, though they are nothing substancial) He was born the son of two middle-class merchants in the bustling seaside city of Slateport. He was fascinated with Pokémon since youth, when he'd acquired, as a gift for his birthday, an Eevee. The story from here on out is rather cliché, where Gabriel aspires to become a great trainer, and hence he attends the school for the pursuit of knowledge.

Physical Description: Thin and pale. He usually carries a green book bag, in which he keeps his POkeballs, wallet, and a pad of papers and pencil that he use's to write down a Story he's working on. He has a humorous outlook on the world, but has a short fuse when under presure. When under to much pressure, he may go into periods of rage at everyone he sees, visuallizing screaming their faults in their faces, swearing. However, Travis is usually under complete control. He is also usually peaceful, and usually helpful.
History: Hailing from Mauville, he spent the first 8 years of his life being tortured by his older brother, who would do anything to get what he wanted. His Brother then left when he was ten, and left Travis to study in anticipation for the next two years. Travis' starter, Sparky, has been Travis' pet for as long as anyone could remember. Travis simply caught the others, or obtained them in Trade, before he came to the University to study after a rather embarrasing battle.

Physical Description: A little bit tall he stands at about 6’0”, with a medium build. His hair is a medium brown, and is usually combed down to right above his eyes. He has striking deep-blue eyes. He usually wears a plain black t-shirt, blue, slightly-baggy jeans, a silver chain necklace, and black shoes with three white stripes running down either side.
History: Maverick spent most of his life in the Johto Region. When he was 12, he found an Eevee beat-up and alone in an alley during a full moon. He nursed the injured pokemon back to health and named her Luna for the moon goddess. At 13 he journeyed to Hoenn to meet his idol, Sidney, but he soon realized that to meet the illustrious member of the Elite Four he'd have to become a better trainer, it was then he decided to join the Academy.

Physical Description: Aeon has light auburn hair which obstructs his eyes. He has a bit of a lean figure. His legs are sometimes called "pillars" because they are somewhat wide and round. His arms are thin and long. He has light green eyes that can at times look darker. He is quite muscular but he doesn't show it off. His skin is dark tanned but not too dark. He stands at 5'2 ft tall.
History: Aeon was born in Kanto and raised in Pallet Town. When he was about 2 yrs old, his family moved to Johto. He stayed in Johto for 3 yrs until he was 6 yrs old. He then moved to Hoenn and stayed there. He already had pokemon but he didn't train them.

Name: Maddruck Creevey
Gender: Male
Age: 16
Physical Description: Maddruck is a lanky and tall boy, standing about five feet and ten inches tall, though with his slouchy demeanor, he often doesn't come off as much more than five feet eight inches. Maddruck's brown hair is long and messy, noticably in his bangs which obstruct view of his face. There are very dark bags under his blue eyes, which are often quite wide, adding to Maddruck's odd appearance. Maddruck usually wears his school uniform (wouldn't a university have uniforms?) but when he isn't wearing a uniform, he wears rather "dark" clothes, mostly black, a black vest and black and white striped "arms socks" which go from his elbow to wrist, black painted fingernails, and a pair of grimy black jeans which have nails sown into them, so that they stick out around the ankle. His black and white sneakers are old and worn, and have holes in the heels and the soles, but this doesn't seem to bother him. Around his waist is a black leather belt with a large skull buckle, which holds his pokeballs, all of which are Luxury Balls, as they are his favorites. Maddruck is very lucky, mostly when playing card games and the like, or just in general, though this doesn't really apply to pokemon battles at all.
History: Despite a dark past and appearance, Maddruck has a rather sunny personality. When he was six years of age, his mother passed away in a car accident, and his father became broken after the accident, and quit his job as the CEO of a large corporation. Maddruck was severely hurt by the loss of her, but eventually grew to realize that simply spending his life in gloom would not bring her back, and it would not make her happy.

Four years after his mother's death, his father remarried, which sparked a large argument between Maddruck and his father. Maddruck thought that it was unfair to his mother for his father to remarry, and the two were constantly arguing. Eventually, Maddruck was sent away to boarding school, away from his father. After spending a year in the boarding school, he recieved a letter from his stepmother, a group of diaries that belonged to his mother, which were sent against his father's wishes. In them, she describes her adventures with pokemon in her youth, and sparked Maddruck's conviction to train pokemon. On his eleventh birthday shortly after, he left the mundane halls of the boarding school to train pokemon.

After five years of training pokemon, and after coming to accept the kindness of his stepmother, he returned to his father's home, with pokemon in tow, and apologized for his selfish behavior. His father was still somewhat upset with him, but upon the persuasion of his wife, he decided to send Maddruck to the Pokemon University, to continue his pokemon training. Maddruck's reason for furthing his training is two-fold, to follow after his mother, and to finally come to terms with his father.

Physical Description: Zach is about 5'3 ft. tall. He wears short jeans and a Silver t-shirt. He has long hair for a guy about to the bottom of his ears. He has hazel eyes and blond hair. He is very skinny and very pale. Some people think he is albino when in truth he isn't. At first it seems he doesn't have any muscle at all. But he is strong for an average 15 year old. He is a very fast runner but is not involved in cross-country or track or anything like that.
History: He lives in Kanto, Saffron City to be exact. His idol is Lance of the Kanto Elite Four and He wants to become a better Dragon Trainer than both Lance and Drake. He lives in a middle class family. But his parents wanted him to go to the acadamy badly so they started a fundraiser to raise money for him. He is happy to be in Houen and has one very important mission other than graduating. He does not tell his mission to anyone unless he really trusts them.

History: Katie is about five foot, three inches, she does not reveal her weight, yet is somewhat chubby. She was born in Slateport City.

She is the oldest child in the family, yet she feels like she has the least power. Her own parents said to her face that they don't trust her, because of 'puberty'.

Her younger brother gets everything he wants, and they let him do all the things she isn't trusted well enough to do. She is five years older than him.

She has to share a room with her mother, and she wishes she could just have a little privacy, but her parents always thinks she is up to no good.

Katie has to take medication for anger. She threw a vase at her father once. Her parents force her to see a doctor about her anger. The doctor always disagrees with her. (Well, they did that for a reason, etc.)

Yet, she tries to hide her anger and takes it out on her stuffed animal, Snrub.

One day, she ran away, she went to the PokeMart and thought. If my brother can have a pokemon than so can I! she received her starting Pokemon, Bulbasaur, and a PokeDex.

She returns back home, two days later, her family is furious, wanting to know where she has been. Katie said "Nothing." and went straight to her brother's room. "Good thing he isn't in here right now...." she said as she let Bulbasaur out of his Pokeball.

Katie looked though her brother's dresser drawer, and pulled out some Rare Candies, Pokeballs, and Potions. She swipes his money, and leaves once more.

Physical Description: Rai will always wear a grey sleeveless shirt or a black T-shirt with dark blue long shorts or light blue jeans with a green tint going down the legs on the front. He will always have silvery blue coloured hair.
History: Born in the Sevii islands he then soon moved to Celedon, Kanto where he obtained an Eevee. From there he went to Fussia also in Kanto where he got a Psyduck. A year later he switched to Blackthorn in Johto. During his short time in Johto he got himself lost in a cave but found his way out thanks to an Onix that he then captured. After the cave incident he switched to Slateport where he got an Electrike and a Poochyena. He stayed in Slateprot for a few years untill a stray Charmander got into his house through and open window and burnt most of it down. After that he went back to four island and obtained a Sneasel. From then he went to Lilycove back in Hoenn and got a Whynaut, Pikachu, Houndour and a Munchlax all from the safari zone.

[The Burnt Shadow]

Name: Shugo Cobra (Don't ask)
Age: 17
Physical description: Due to a bit of a problem he wears a cloth around his left eye, to hide the terrible burn that he earned a long time ago. His eyes are dark diamond blue while his hair is colored a silver white color. He wears a sleeveless black shirt and black pants with blue dragon designs. He also wears an aqua blue short sleeved jacket, fingerless blue gloves and a blue cap. For a few accessories he keeps an MP3 in his jacket and a silver locket around his neck. The reason he wears the gloves is to hide a hideous burnt scar that holds the same reason with the burn on his left eye. The silver locket holds a picture of his parents and only sister. The belt around his waste is colored black and has a silver buckle that is shaped like the charm on a Meowth’s head. Around his belt his poke balls would often look a bit different from others. Each of his poke balls were colored with a star, circle, triangle, diamond or heart.

History: An orphan who was left to die in the streets, he was saved by a kind old rich man who had no children. He gave Shugo everything and almost anything he wanted. Thanks to the old man, Shugo grew unspoiled and unselfish. As he grew the old man introduced pokemon to him and thought him everything he knew. He also gave him his first pokemon, a Vulpix. Very soon Shugo turned into the age of eleven and started his own pokemon journey. Through a few years, Shugo managed to do quite well in the region of Hoenn and created a great team. His pokemon were friendly, but once on the field they can be brutal. By the age of fourteen he had finally gotten to battle in the Hoenn tournament. He managed to fight proficiently but in the end he only came up as the twentieth best. He was welcomed home to his foster father with warm welcomes, after three years he was able to sit back and relax.

One night he looked out the window and saw a very rare sight that filled him with awe. A small shining pokemon that resembled a cat a bit flew into the ocean under the light of the moon. Amazed with this sight, he instantly checked to see what it was. Finding that it was the rare ancient pokemon named Mew he decided to return to the field with two new goals in his mind. One was to be a master and the other was to capture Mew. His foster father was at first hesitant, but he knew it wasn’t his place to decide for him, so he let him off to the next region to find his rare pokemon. As Shugo continued around the regions he captured several new pokemon but didn’t apply for the pokemon league tournaments. His main objective for now was to find Mew and capture it.

As the years passed by he entered the region of Kanto and took his first step on Cinnabar Island. Walking around he found that there was an old scientist who has seen a rare and legendary pokemon. Hoping that it was Mew he eagerly went to him. The old man was actually the gymleader Blaine; he said he would give information if he defeated him in a battle. Accepting the match, Shugo won skillfully. Blaine was impressed and as an extra, he was awarded the Volcano badge. But sadly his battle was in vain. Instead of Mew he was told about Moltress who was seen in One Island.

He was about to leave and move on to the mainland, but he then felt something tingling inside him. He felt a kind of aura that he felt when he first encountered Mew. He looked around and found that the mysterious aura was located in the burnt mansion. With a bit of hesitation, he decided to see if Mew was in the area. But all he found were the regular pokemon he expected to find. He was about to leave, but then something appeared in front of him. A pokemon that looked quite peculiar and human like stood in the light of the burnt mansion. Shugo tried to scan the pokemon but there was no data available. Filled with awe he decided to capture this one. He sent out all his pokemon, but the pokemon managed to brilliantly defeat everything he took out. During the fight an explosion occurred between them. Because of the rubble, a kind of acid from the top floor poured down and spilt on his eye. He tried to cover his eyes with his hands, but as he held on it just became worse. His fingers also touched the acid by accident and soon his hands were burnt as well.

He fell on his knees, but the strange pokemon placed its hands on Shugo’s hands and eye, stopping the pain, unfortunately the burns remained scarred in his body. The pokemon threw a book in front of him. The book was opened to a certain page. The page talked about Mew and also that it was cloned to create a pokemon known as Mewtwo. Shugo gazed with amazement seeing that he managed to see a pokemon related to Mew. Because of this he decided he would catch Mewtwo as well, but even through several years of training and battling he still wasn’t ready. Hearing about a school for trainers in Hoenn he decided to return and thought that he could improve his skills in the university. As soon as he has accomplished his schooling in the university he would compete in the pokemon league and continue to search for Mew and Mewtwo. His foster father approved about letting him got to the school, except he never knew about what his ambitions when he finished were. He really wants to capture Mew but he has something much different planned for Mewtwo. When he finds him and he has finished his studies he plans to not only capture it but also give a bit of retribution to what happened to him…

Name: Reckard Tsukiko

Gender:Male

Physical Desciption: Reckard skin is a slightly pale white, sometimes with paint accidently dripping on his arm because of his projects. Some say he looks a little frail, but hes actually very healthy. He has dirty brown/blond hair thats mostly rugged, but drops down to just below his shoulders. He wears a silver chain around his neck with a small, metal unkown O hanging from it. He has a black hot T-shirt on, embredded with soft ivory cotton, making it very comfy to live in. Under that shirt, he has another longsleeve shirt under the black one. Its white though, and sets off the intensity of the shirt, even though most of it is coverd. On his black shirt, he has the romen numerals XIV written on, dabbed by Italian oils and paint, making an impressive dark green veil, yet still stable and visible.

On the part where the longsleeve shirt is showing, the arms, it is wrapped with tons of spongey and alastic belts, making a nice leather armor for him, yet still being able to move freely. On his hands he has some casual white gloves, with a black string wrapped around his wrists. His shirts drip down to a little bit more below his waist, and have slight wrinkles here and there. On his pants he has an average brown belt, not like the ones like he has on his arms, but a nice firm leather one, that curls nicely around Reckards hips. From then on down, he wears some normal blue dotted jeans, going to slightly below his ankle. He likes to wear some fancy black shoes, sometimes sneakers, but for now shoes, and they have a nice metal anklet around the stem of his legs. Now, from the neck of his, down to about the midway length of his foot, he has a long, waving black cloak he likes to wear alot. He also carries around his scythe, which is black on the pole, yet draped in all kinds of beads and such, with a sharp, silver edge that reflects with great light. He has a chain wrapped around the scythe, in which all his pokemon are attached to.

History: He was born in Lavender Town, when two carpenters from Saffron decided to take down a notch on there busy lifes, and start a family. The moved to Lavender, and had Reckard as a child. Reckard was a wonderful little kid who trusted, almost anything, until he saw the graveyard. The graveyard was a wonderful place Reckard chose to think, and always payed his respects to the pokemon there that had departed. He always took out his notebook, and drew pictures, or wrote down things about the times he had there.

Sometimes he felt like he was talking to himself, but the purple mists and clouds that always were around him when he talked, seemed to say otherwise. As he wrote in his notebook, it quickly became his one weakness. It held all his hopes, his dreams, his beliefs, and, in some ways, his philosphy. But at age 13, he started to feel a terrible urge to just run away. Never to see anyone here again, and to just run..and run. He didn't hate any of Lavender Town's residents, he just felt like it was..his calling. So, his parents had moved all the way to Eutreak(spelling?) City in Johto.

There, he spent his time wandering the amazing chasims of the tower. Every floor seemed to be filled with life, even though the long forsaken ruins still draped shamfilly over this land. One day, he saw a trainer go into the tower. Another person went after him. The first had red hair, and was looking for some water pokemon. Another trainer went in and it looked like he had an offical pokemon trainer outfit on, and went in after the red-haired man. He snuck in after them, and watched the two battle using incredible pokemon, and all kinds of powers.

When the pokemon man won, I think it was Silver, he fell down a hole in the ground, and I ran out of the tower. There was a great shaking in the ground like an earthquake had been made, and the divine pokemon Sucience ran out of the burnt tower, and fled through out the town. He just barely missed me as it coverd my face in hair, as his speed was so ingenous. Reckard felt empowerd by the strength of that pokemon, and stayed back in the town for another year, learning bit by bit the world of pokemon. By the age of 15 however, that painful urge came back again, and he realized that his purpose did not harbor here.

He told his parents that he was going to leave, and they accepted it fully. Most had left at the age of 10, but he had enough kindness to stay for 5 more years. They packed him up some fresh clothes and food, and sent him a lovely time goodbye. He said he might come back to visit, and trailed off. His mother, however, got ahead of him and gave him somthing in a checkerd picnic basket. He told his mother he was going to Hoenenn, and I might attend a school. She said they would cover the expenses, and to hurry on his way.

He waved back, and opened his gift. It was a long black pole, and a slab of metal. He didn't know what to do with it, exept to go to Azela town to see if the carpenter there could make him somthing. After running tirelessly through the Azela cave, he zippe dpast the other trainers without being caught. He didn't want ta be forced to have a rock pokemon and have a pokemon battle with some hiker :/ . He went over to the carpenter, Raids, and he asked him what he would like to make with it. He didn't know why but he felt a scythe suited him. Raids made one, and gave it to him, along with some chains on it from the leftovers. He thanked him, and began his journey to Hoenn. As he walked through the forest, he felt a strange thing watching him.

He felt a thing strike him from behind, and it was a small bublasaur. It was extremely rare to see a bulbasaur, other than in some lab for begging trainers. He looked inside of his bag, and took out a pokeball he got from the pokemart after coming from the pokecenter. He thought it was ridiculous to call them that, but hey, if they got him balls, then no skin off his nose. The bulbasaur growled, but then felt an overwhelming sense of weakness devour him, as he slammed down to the ground. I felt his head, and saw all he needed was a little rest. He put his pokeball infront of him, and caught it with ease. He had now gotten his first pokemon, and was officially ready for a journey. He finished the rest of the way to Goldenrod, and took the train to Hoenn. After that, he fell asleep for a few hours, but when he opend his eyes, he saw a small creature flying alongside the train.

It was minute..and green. It looked amazing as the little figure pulled away at my sight, and I rememberd its name. "Celebi" After he got to Hoenn, he started to train his bulbasaur, and it started to like him now. After that, he began to train closer and closer to route 123.He had caught a dratini, a gastly, an abra(just barely) a magby, and a mukrow. He spent a while getting to know them, and training them till he thought he could move on. He only caught 6extra pokemon, and was finally ready to join. He got up his things, and enterd..

Physical Description: Drake is a tall lad, with messy green hair that flops over his eyes in a fringe. His eyes themselves are a sea blue. He wears a black leather jacket, and jeans filled with holes. Only some are patched. Around his neck he wears a small charm, in the shape of a flat, blue diamond with a hole in the centre, and with two prongs at the base of the diamond. His trainers are black, with orange marks. Finally, he has a scar on his nose.
History: Drake grew up in Pallet with a girl called Vertina. While Vertina was average in terms of history, Drake wasn't.

When he first came to Pallet, all he knew was his name was Drake. You see, he was an orphan, as far as he knew. He had generally hung around twons up till the age of five. How he did it he isn't sure, but he remembers a blue glow, two ribbons and a strong wind. He's generally put this behind him though.

Returning to his arrival at Pallet, he was swiftly found by the Blitzen family, who took him in and raised him as their own. He was young at the time, so his days in the wild left his mind.

Drake then went to school. He couldn't understand why, but he held a distinct...distrust for the other children. he typically hung around the edge of the playground. Though one ay, something out of the ordinary happened.

They both forced themselves up at the time, and she introduced herself as Vertina Forrest, and Drake introduced himself. It was an unlikely meeting, in fact one most would call coincidence. I digress, back to Drake's history. He and Vertina quickly grew to be inseperable. Wherever one was, so was the other. Coincidentally, their birthdays(okay, more the anniversary of the day Drake came to Pallet and her birthday) were the same day. Some of the other children thought they must be long lost twins. However, medical records disproved that quickly. Owing to the prior fact though, they both recieved their starter Pokemon on the same day. Drake, a Trapinch with a yellow ring birthmark on it's head, Vertina, a female Nidoran.

But, all good things come to an end. This near perfect life ended about a month before the Christams after they had both turned thirteen. Incidentally, Drake had given Vertina his Houndour, Dumon, on their birthday, while Vertina had given him her Eevee, Teva.

Vertina's mother fell ill. She caught bronchitis, mostly a result to the fact she had been a smoker most her life. Her father couldn't work out what to do, so he decided on a drastic action. He sold their house, and bought a house in Verdanturf, in Hoenn. It was supposed to do wonders for those with lung problems. That Christmas would be the most infamous pair in Pallet's last day together, as Vertina was moving on Boxing Day.

It was an awkward day. Drake and Vertina begged their parents to 'celebrate' the day together, and there parents were more than ready to do so. Throughout dinner, both families were silent. Afterwards, Drake went to his room, and Vertina went with him. I know, two opposite gender teenagers in a bedroom, don't worry, this won't break PG-13. Since at this point they ARE thirteen.

Drake puuled out a gift from behind his pillow, unintended innuendo, we all hate it, I know. It was a small chain, and in it was a picture of each of them, from their birthday. On the front, a short poem was inscribed.

Where the trees are green
And the birds tweet
That is the place
That next we shall meet

They both laughed, Drake was miserable at poetry. But, she put it over her neck, and hugged him.

They returned to the living room, and found their parents mildly chuckling. Above the door, they had hung a sprig of misletoe. Both Drake and Vertina were shocked, but what shocked Drake even more was when she kissed him gently on the lips. He was going to question why, but she smiled and replied

"We need all the good luck we can get if we want to meet up again".

The next day was the last time Drake saw her.

The next year, Drake grabbed his stuff, and applied to the Kanto Pokemon University. Why? He couldn't go to Hoenn on his own, but he knew what to do. He did the research, and found out that Kanto had an exchange program with the Hoenn University. He planned on running away once he reached Hoenn when the transfer went through. He'd survived on his own when he was five, it wouldn't be too hard then, would it?

The first year, he couldn't apply, so instead he spent his time training his team, ready. Most of his Pokemon were native to Hoenn, as every birthday his parents gave him one Pokemon, and the Hoenn Pokemon generally appealed to him more than the native ones.

Now, in his second year, it worked. He starts when the RP starts.

Physical description: Kane barely has any style, except for the blue long-sleeved shirt that he wears nearly everyday, along with his favourite blue, denim jeans, and a black head band, which, despite any weather, wears a lot. He is a mere 95 or so pounds and is about 5 feet and 3 inches. His black shaggy hair covers hs eyes partially, but Kane doesn't care that much, as he stares blankly with lonely eyes quite a bit, thinking of battle plans for his Pokemon.

History: Kane lived in Rustboro ever since he was 3. Before that, he lived in Goldenrod, experiencing the "big city" life. As a baby, he was around pokemon quite a bit, as his father was a pokemon breeder, a good one at that, in fact, his father worked for the daycare south of Goldenrod, and on the day his family left for Rustboro, his father brought along one egg, a special egg, which would be Kane’s very first pokemon. Upon arriving at Rustboro, the egg hatched into a very curious and small Mareep. 3 years past, and Kane found an injured Treecko who had just fought a Houndour. Kane eventually caught the Houndour, and nursed backed the Treecko (with the help of his father), and soon enough, Kane befriended the Treecko. At the age of 11, Kane got into the prestigious university, his father, who had struggled to find a job in Rustboro so many years ago, had been able to save up money for this. This was Kane's dream.... until the Pokemon League of course....

History: Katie is about five foot, three inches, she does not reveal her weight, yet is somewhat chubby. She was born in Slateport City.

She is the oldest child in the family, yet she feels like she has the least power. Her own parents said to her face that they don't trust her, because of 'puberty'.

Her younger brother gets everything he wants, and they let him do all the things she isn't trusted well enough to do. She is five years older than him.

She has to share a room with her mother, and she wishes she could just have a little privacy, but her parents always thinks she is up to no good.

Katie has to take medication for anger. She threw a vase at her father once. Her parents force her to see a doctor about her anger. The doctor always disagrees with her. (Well, they did that for a reason, etc.)

Yet, she tries to hide her anger and takes it out on her stuffed animal, Snrub.

One day, she ran away, she went to the PokeMart and thought. If my brother can have a pokemon than so can I! she received her starting Pokemon, Bulbasaur, and a PokeDex.

She returns back home, two days later, her family is furious, wanting to know where she has been. Katie said "Nothing." and went straight to her brother's room. "Good thing he isn't in here right now...." she said as she let Bulbasaur out of his Pokeball.

Katie looked though her brother's dresser drawer, and pulled out some Rare Candies, Pokeballs, and Potions. She swipes his money, and leaves once more.
