Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness EV Guide

Like others, I found ~Commander Blizzard's~ Colosseum EV guide helpful, but there needs to be one for XD. In advance, I'd like to thank Serebii for his excellent Pokédex and XD walkthrough. I'd also like to credit pokemon.marriland.com for some of the english trainer names.

is this a guide in ev spots or the ev walkthrough on xd. if it is an ev spot guide, a good place to get speed is rider willie at hte end of the game when he has 4 linoones.
