PokéRus in Ruby

I have pokemon ruby, and i was trying to change the popular thing in dewford for fun, but i noticed that i could see the word pokeRS in there. But you can see a pokemonname there if you have seen it first! Why can i see that word pokeRus? I have looked in all my boxes but I can't seem to find a pokemon with it. Did you guys noticed this too?? :S

I think pokerus is independent of whether you have had it or not.
