Poke-eggs

How do you carry a Poke-egg? Does it go inside a Pokeball or is it in your bag, or do you hold it? Does anyone have any ideas?

i think that they just go in your bag or you just hold them.

In-game, they're held in Poke Balls (as seen on the Summary screen and when one visits a Pokemon Center). In the anime Ash carries it around in his backpack, iirc. There is presumably no real answer (though it would be much easier to carry five Poke Balls than five eggs, if they're the size of the one from the anime).

Yeah, they're held in POKé Balls. But we all know, that they're not real. T_T

I'd assume they carry it all the time, because if it's stuffed in a backpack, what are the chance that it'll hatch then? >>

I think its supposed to fold up and get REALLY small.

Eggs+Bag=A good mode of carrying, but they are carried in Pokeballs, I think it´s because the PKMN genes in it

Bag+bike+58 TMs and HMs+restoring item+glass flute+lots of beries+3 diferent rods+nugget+5 eggs= A magic Backpack =D

In the anime, since it´s just one egg, they carry it everywhere plus they can make some "dramatical" episodes that the egg disapear, but in game it´s in a pokéball, I think that pokéball can carry anything since brock caugh that rice thing in Primeape episode.

I want a magic backpack. Surprisingly, they can run around with all of that. My backpack is too heavy. T_T

They carry eggs in Poke Balls in the games though.

Yeah, the eggs are always carried in ordinary pokeballs, supplied by good old Daycare centre man.

An egg is part of your team, but cannot do anything but sit there until it hatches until a real pokemon. You would not know if it was going to hatch if it was in a pokeball now would you? I assume it'd be carried in a bag or just held, but probaly in the bag.
