Poke-Steroids? Use em' or Not?

OK, my definition of Poke-Steriods are-

Protien
Carbos
Calcium
Iron
Zinc
PP up
Hp up


Using those could improve your Pokemons base stats and make it more powerful than usual. So if your Pokemon has low ATTACK you could give it 10+ Protiens and make ALL-POWERFUL Pokemon.

I personally use them to kick butt at the Battle Frontier, since my level 85s-90s are stronger than most lv. 100 that my friends have. They think it's pure cheap to do that, but for me it's useful.

Most of the time, no. However, if I'm planning on EV training them, and the "steroids" are on sale, then I buy them to give my Pokemon an extra boost and make EV training go faster.

I use steroids a lot. They are truly fantastic items. And even if I dont want to use them, they sell for just $100 less than a Nugget!

PP Up really shouldn't count, it does nothing for EVs.

... and yes, I use the vitamins. For example my often used Sneasel, Fai-Miroke. It was a lot quicker to shove 10 Proteins down her throat and then fight 152 Poochyenas then make her fight 252 Poochyenas.

They make EV training easier so I use them if I have enough money. But I've restarted my Emerald file and Ev trained my Pokemon there without the "steroids"...so I dont need to use them.

Sometimes I use them when I'm tired of EV training for the full 510, but more often I just don't bother, mainly cause they are expensive.

Yes, use only if you need to EV train in a rush. It'll take out 100 EVs in a stat like poof!

They're very useful, everytime I have extra money I get a load of this "Poké-Steroids" ( XD ), but if I can I EV-train manually, I find it funny actually believe it or not.

I only use PP Ups, because the others only cause minute changes in stats, which isn't really worth it. Though I suppose HP Up might be useful on a Pokemon with Substitute. Also, I'm always poor. D:
